Annual Maintenance of 132/33 KV sub-station Robertsganj under ETD Robertsganj.

Routine checking and maintenance work of (1X40+1X63) MVA T/F including checking and maintenance of oil level in conservator, OLTC gear casing , divertor switching, breather, bushing, oil leakage, silica gel colour, AC supply, noise and vibrations etc. complete the job satisfactorily with all man and T&P ( Required consumable materials shall be provided by department.)

Routine checking and maintenance of 132 KV & 33 KV CTs and PTs including checking of oil level, oil leakage and filling of t/f oil upto required level, cleaning of dust on insulator, tightening of wiring on TB in junction box. Complete the job satisfactorily with all men and T&P (Consumable material shall be provided by department.)

Periodical checking and maintenance of capacitor bank by the way of visual examination of bank for fouling, leakage of capacitor unit, oil level and oil leakage, cleaning of insulators and bushings. complete the job satisfactorily with all man and T&P ( Required consumable materials shall be provided by department.)

Changing of Interrupter in 33 KV CB pole by conducting following works : i. Opening of existing Jumpers of damaged CB Pole interrupter. Ii. Dismantling of damged CB pole interrupter by opening of upper termainal plate of CB pole. Iii. Replacement of defective pole interrupter by new one,fixing of interconnecting rod and fixing of upper terminal plate and then checking the CB mechanism for proper operation. iv.Shifting of all scrap/damged part to store.

Replacement of defective/damaged CB pole by conducting following works: - i.Opening of Jumpers of defective/damaged pole by dismantling after detaching it from operating shaft of the CB. Ii.Shifting of the defective/damaged pole from switchyard to store and shifting of the new / good condition pole, from store to the site. iii.Erection of the good condition dismantled/new pole and get it connected with CB operating Shaft and then get jumpers connected to the pole. iv.Shifting of all scrap/damged part to store.

Daily reading and entry of Voltage rating & Specific Gravity of Battery Cell in battery register & Quarterly maintenance of battery sets of following specification & rating by way of cleaning, make up of distilled water, greasing & tightening of leads of Battery set. Complete the job satisfactorily in all respect by providing neccesary man power and T&P ( Consumable Materials shall be provided by department.)

General cutting & cleaning of grass in switchyard, around store building ,connecting roads by brroming and disposing of garbages as per required with all man ,materils and T&P provided by contractor.

Daily general cleaning and maintenance of control room, associated office, battery room, cleaning of washroom, wsah basin along with cleaning of associated toilets cover at sub-station with Acid, Phenyl/Harpic etc. including cost of men, material and T&P.

Cleaning of jungles including up-rooting of rank vegitation grass, bushes and scrapping of grass above 2 cms over ground level, collection of foreign materials, papers, plastics including cleaning of drainage, trench cover Complete the job satisfactorily using herbisides with all man and T&P .

First cutting between within 3 month of LOI/Agreement date

Second cutting after three month of First cutting

Third cutting after three month of second cutting

Fourth cutting after three month of third cutting

Tightening of nuts bolts, cleaning of insulators, and replacement of defective clamps and connecter of various equipment in all 132 &33 kv bays in 132/33 KV switchyard Complete the job satisfactorily with all man and T&P. ( Materials shall be provided by department.)

First job in the month of March-April (before summer season ) as per availability of shutdown

Second job in the month of September-October (before festive season ) as per availability of shutdown

Replacement of damaged Jaw/blades of 132KV & 33 KV isolators by the way of opening of defective jaw and blade its tightening after removing connected jumpers and its proper re-jumpering including lubricating of Jaw/Blade .Complete the job satisfactorily with all man and T&P . ( Materials shall be provided by department.)
