Fabrication of Metallic Display Board of size 6 SWG , 600x300 mm made of MS Sheet board , covering the outer periphery on both sides by MS Strip of size 25x6 mm , fixing of 1/2 " dia 4' long MS Pipe on Center of outer edges of the MS Sheet Board , then covering the outer most periphery by 1.5" dia MS pipe and finally , fixing of 1 Meter Long 50x50x6 mm size MS Angle support legs on both sides of the MS Board , with all cost of men , material and T&P etc. required for the job.
Grouting of Display board in various 220 KV & 132 KV feeders bays and 220 KV / 132 KV Transformer bays by digging of earth of size 30x30x50 mm for each leg of the display board , then concreting of plinth of size 30x30x60 mm with the help of cement , sand , brick ballast mixture in the ratio of 1:3:6 and 12 mm thick plastering over it , with all cost of men , materials and T&P etc. required for the job.
Painting of complete Metallic Display Board by applying 01 coat of red oxide primer, then applying 02 coats of Black color synthetic enamel paint on MS Angle / Pipe / Strip portion and 02 coats of Golden Yellow color synthetic enamel paint on MS Sheet board with the help of good quality Brush and spray painting machine . Finally , writing of bay details on both sides of the display board with Black Color synthetic enamel paint as pert direction of Supervising Engineer, with all cost of men , material and T&P etc. required for the job.
