Providing and laying ( to level or slope) 900mm dia (nine hundred millimetre ) diametre reinforced cement concrete heavy duty non pressure pipes IS Class NP-2 for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1 : 2 ( One cement : two sand) but excluding the cost of excavation, protection works, back filling, concrete and masonry work in head walls and parapets as per drawing and CPWD specification 2019 and as per direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . Providing and applying tack coat with RS-I setting bitumen emulsion on bituminous surface @ 0.25kg/sqm (at the rate of zero point two five kilogram per square meter) using bitumen emulsion conforming to IS:8887, using emulsion pressure distributer including preparing the surface and cleaning with mechanical broom s per CPWD specifications 2019 complete and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials/machinery required to execute the work in all leads and lifts and other incidentials. 2 cm (two centimeter) premix carpet surfacing with 1.8 cum (one point eight cubic meter) and 0.90 cum (zero point nine zero cubic meter of stone chippings of 13.2 mm (thirteen point two millimeter) size and 11.2 mm (elevel point two millimeter) size respectively per 100 sqm (one hundred square meter) and 52 kg (fifty two kilogram) and 56 kg (fifty six kilogram) of hot bitumen per cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm (thirteen point two millimeter) and 11.2 mm (eleven point two millimeter) size respectively, including a tack coat with hot straight run bitumen, including consolidation with road roller of 6 (six) to 9(nine) tonne capacity etc. complete (tack coat to be paid for separately) with paving Asphalt grade VG - 30 heated and then mixed with solvent at the rate of 70 grams per kg of asphalt as per CPWD specification 2019 complete and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials/machinery required to execute the work in all leads and lifts and other incidentials.
