Annual charges for maintenance of Air conditioning system 02 units in 01 no. Komatsu PC 2000-8 i.e. Exc-3144.sl.no.20834 working at Jhingurda Project for a period of 01 year.

A. Scope of work: 1. To carry out periodic/scheduled inspection and maintenance of entire system as per the check sheet inif OEM recommendation in each equipment, once in month. 2. Attend and rectify minor breakdown/ repair if any within 24 hrs. of complaint. 3. Assist in planing and procurement of spares for maintenance, repair and stocking at our end. B. Details of work: 1. Periodic/ scheduled inspection and maintenance: Thorough inspection of AC system performance by team consisting of one system specialist with a technician in line with the check sheets and OEM recommendations 2. Refrigerant & compressor oil filling: This includes: a. Leakage test with nitrogen at every joint by means of applying soap solution. b. Vacuum testing/formation in the system by means of vacuum pump c. Compressor oil filling as per requirement of system d. Refrigerant charging (R-134A) with the adjustment of high and low pressure cut offs. e. Ensuring proper cooling within the operator cabin. In addition to this, refrigerant top up will be taken care for proper cooling of the operator cabin, whenever required.

Charges for Annual Maintenance Contract for maintenance of Air conditioning system of operator cabin in 01 no. Komatsu make PC-2000 Hyd. Shovel Sr. No. EXC-31144(20834) working at NCL Jhingurda Project for the period of 01 year/ 12 months/365 days considering periodical/schedule maintenance inclusive of manpower, tool, transportation, refrigrant, and its charging compressor oil and its filling.
