Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m depth and not exceeding 1.5m width and getting out in Soft /Loose soil for laying of pipe lines.

Returning, refilling incl spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with any type of soil all as directed

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified as directed.

Dismantling Old valve pit complete with deteriorated MS cover and Construction of brick massonry valve pit chamber of inner dimension 100x100x100 cms suitable for sluice valves upto 100mm size, with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 for foundation, brick work in cm 1:6 rendering 1:4, 15mm plastering, coping in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, incl necessary earth work, including MS sheet cover of thickness 3.15mm on 50x50x6.0 mm angle iron framework including two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer with making provision of locking arrangement and fixing of same valve in position where it is removed all as specified as directed. .

Replacement of old unserviceable Ball type foot valve from UG sump and removing unserviceable leather from suction line and replacement the same with high quality leather including nuts, bolts, washer etc and servicing for the following sizes:-. (a) 150 mm dia bore

Disconnecting the electric cable from the terminal box of motor/pump upto 10HP capacity, de-coupling the motor from the pump, remove the motor from the foundation bed and taking out the motor, transporting to authorised work shop and performing the required repair works, transporting the motor to site refixing on foundation bed with bolts and nuts, coupling the pump and motor with correct alignment, lubricating with grease and connecting the electrical connection and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE:- Repair works such as rewinding, repalcement of bearings or any other repairs will be measured and paid separately under relvent items.

Dismantling the centrifugal/ monoblock / submersible motor of capacity up to 5 HP and taking out the burnt copper winding / fiber strip / insulating material etc, clean the stator slot by CTC solution and providing copper winding of motor with exisiting guage with insulating material / fiber strip / varnishing, re assemble the motor with proper alignment and air tight etc all as specified and directed by Engr -in- Charge

Replacement of Delta VFD L 0.75 KW three phase AC Drive, ambient tempreture -20 to 60 degree celsius, out put frequency 1.0 -400 Hz, humidity 90%, motor rating 1 HP, including testing all as specified and as directed.

Shifting of the pumpset from one location to another loaction of capacity 05 HP to 60 HP with disconnection and connection of suction and delivery pipes / electric cable etc including welding screwing work etc as required at site all as specified and as directted.

Replacement of DOL starter of any type including replacing with new one ie.from 5HP to 10HP with all connected items including Contactor, timer, relays etc suitable for existing make and capacirty of ML1 / ML2 / ML3 / ML4 / ML1.5 / MK1 as per site Requirement .

Servicing pressure filter of capacity 60000 LPH by opening pressure filter and taking down filter media of different sizes approximately (7000 Kg) carefully, opening the strainer and reset the same after replacement of filter media cleaning filter nozzles with pressure water, refill the filter bed with fresh media and cleaning the pebbles 20 mm/10mm /40 mm/2 mm topping up the short fall with new media, servicing the backwash system, testing & commissioning all as specified and as directed.

Supply and testing and commissioning of Non- metalic solution tank of 100liters capaciy with motor driven agitator to maintain uniform suspension throghout the tank with following specifications;- Electrically operated chlorine dosing tank consistingof : Dosing tank of 100 litres of PE/FRP MOC with PE/FRP Lid & Level Gauge along with single phase electric motor and agitator with shaft & blade in plastic- mounted on tank. Lid must have port hole for pouring calcium hypochlorite and water when necesssary. lid must have provision for mounting dosing pump on the lid/wall. Make : Altoch or Equavelent
