Part-A: AC Installation Work

Supply & Delivery of 240V,1-Ph, 50Hz, 2Tr. capacity Hi Wall Non-Inverter type Split Air Conditioning Machine along with 1 no. ODU & 1 no. IDU of rated Cooling Capacity:- 24000 BTU/HR, Compressor:- Rotary/Scroll Type, Remote Control:- Cordless Remote arrangement with all modernized provision of temperature setting, Fan speed option (Low/Medium/High), Air Swing direction setting & others, Evaporator & Condenser Coil:- Copper, Refrigerant Type:- R-410A/R-32, Operating Mode:- Auto,Cool,Fan & Dry Mode, De-humidification:- Yes, with P-2 type Capacitor, PCB must be inside a metal box, Operating outdoor temperature - 50ºC and above. Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Indoor & Outdoor unit of the following capacity concealed type Split Air Conditioners after making hole in wall/Ceiling as per site condition & direction of EIC including Supply & charging of required refrigerant gas as per the manufacturer specifications, S&F of necessary fixing arrangement for indoor duly painted etc. as per direction of the EIC. Supplying, fabrication & fixing of platform using MS U-channel of 6 mm thick of size (75 mm x 40 mm x 40 mm) for making Base frame for installation of AC ODU incl. drilling holes in each channel including cutting holes into the wall & grouting the same with cement concrete (1:1 ½ :3) etc. fabricated with horizontal angle of 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm of length as required as per direction of E.I.C incl. Platform.The entire structure should be baricated & safe for ODU maintenance. Area of the platform as per Machine configuration & load with adequate service access as per direction of EIC. Supply & Laying of soft drawn Copper pipe line with 0.6 mm or 0.7 mm (min) thick for Liquid Line and Suction Liine between ODU and IDU with fittings, elbows, bends, supports & brackets. (Make-Ryoku/Hitachi/Nippon) [Ref.:- N.S.]

Liquid Line 1/4" (6.35mm) Dia or as per manufacturer specification.

Gas Line/Suction Line 5/8" (15.88mm) Dia or as per manufacturer specification.

Supply & Laying of 1.1KV grade following sizes PVC insulated, unshethed, un-armoured Cu. cable for main MCB to ODU and ODU to IDU connection. Cable ends must be socketed with copper ring/pin type socket as per requirement. (Make:- Gloster/KEI/Polycab/RR Kabel) [Ref.:- N.S.]

Supply & laying of flexible PVC high quality water drain pipe of 20/25mm dia for draining of water from IDU of the AC machine to any available (nearest) drain water pipe or near to ground level and the pipe must be properly saddled on wall incl. proper insertion of the flexible pipe to drain water pipe and sealing the entry with required materials like PVC tape, high quality sealing gum etc. as required. All these arrangement for fixing must be arranged by the agency itself as per direction of EIC. (Make : Supreme / Astral/ Brand approved by EIC). [Ref.:- N.S.]

Supply and laying of 40/50 mm dia. Drain Water piping work out of high quality UPVC hard pipes of following sizes incl. fiting accessories bends, elbows, tees flanges, tapings, wall sleeves hangers, supports, saddles, Screws etc. as required. Hiring Charge of scafolding arrangements for installation of all the Indoor & Outdoor Units. [Ref.:- N.S.]

Dismentling the old existing window/split AC machines (both indoor and outdoor unit) and shifted to the store as per instruction of the EIC.

Part-B: Electrical Installation Work

Distribution wiring in 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Make:- RR Kabel/Havells/ Polycab/Gloster) in 20/25mm size PVC rigid conduit 'FR' (Precision make) incl. necy. fittings as required.

2x56/0.3 (4 sqmm) + 1x36/0.3 (2.5 sqmm) as ECC [Ref.- E-14/1(a)]

Finishing of the PVC insulated wire ends by socketting with pin/ring type copper sockets and insulated tapes etc., including supplying sockets, tapes. [Ref.- F-5/9]

Supply & Fixing of 240V,1-Ph.,50Hz, 21A capacity OLP 3+ AC machine starter with multi-function display and protection features of Volt check, Amp check, Time check etc. incl. S&F of 4 Module GI Modular type switch board for fixing the starter and making necy. connections. [Make:- Electron/ L&T/ABB as per choice of EIC] [Ref.:- N.S.]

Supply & Fixing 240V, 25A, 3 pin Modular type plug socket (Make:- Legrand/Anchor/ Havells/ABB), Supply & Fixing 240 V, 25 A, 3 pin Modular type plug socket (Make:- Legrand/Anchor/ Havells/ABB), without plug top and switch with 2 Module GI Modular type switch board with top cover plate flushed in wall and making necy. connections with PVC Cu wire and earth continuity wire etc.. Supply & Fixing 240 V,25 A, 3 pin Modular type plug top with indicator (Make:- Legrand/Anchor/ Havells & necy. Connections. [Ref : E-17/5(b)]

S&F of 1 phase Timer DB for controlling AC machines on angel iron frame on wall or concealed in wall after cutting the wall & mending good the damages to original finish incl. necessary accessories (MS clamps,bolts, nuts, screws etc.), inter connection with 2.5sqmm FRLS PVC insulated Cu. wire (Make:- RR Kabel/PolyCab / Gloster/ Havells /KEI) having neutral link & provision for earthing attachment with front door locking arrangement, febricated with the following items as per direction of EIC.
