Dismantling old plaster or skirting, ranking out joints and cleaning the surface of plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meter lead.

Grading roof for water proofing tratment with water proofing compound cement concreate 1:2:4 (1cement :2coarse sand :4 graded stone sggregate 20mm nominal size)

Providing Gola 75 mm x 75 mm in cement concrete (1:2:4) (1cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10mm and down gauge)including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand )as per standard design.

Copping: Providing and laying cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in retaining walls, return walls, walls(any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, copping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, levelling course etc up to floor five level excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. M20 grade nominal Mix 1:1.5:3(1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Pointing on stone slab ceiling with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand): Flush/ Ruled pointing

Plaster on new surface on wall in cement sand mortar 1:6 including ranking of joints etc. complete fine finished 20 mm thick

Kota Stone slabs flooring 25mm thick over 20mm (averege) thick base laid over and jointed with Grey cement Slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the Slab including rubbing and Polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coare sand) For area of each slab from 2001 to 5000 sqcm.
