Supplying structural steel conforming to IS:2062 Grade A, (yield strength 250.0 N/mm2) transporting, storage, straightening, cleaning, fabricating ,erection of welded / bolted STRUCTURAL STEEL WORK at all heights in columns, beams, trusses, purlins, platforms, ladders, monorails, staircases,handrails, supports, strengthening of steel members etc. at site to line and level, including supply of bolts, supply of shim plates & approved welding electrodes, including making templates, welding, bolting, erection bolting, splicing etc. as per specifications and drawing and as directed by the owner/consultant. Cutting to required size, straightening/ bending if required, edge preparation, cleaing, scrapping and welding, preheating, finishing edges by grinding, fixing in line ans level, including preparing the surface for painting, surface cleaing, wire brushing, removal of mill scale, dust, rust, oil or grease etc.., complete along with providing paint system as follows: (a) applying inorganinc Zinc silicate one coat 50micron DFT (b) two coat of epoxy primer paint 50 micron DFT each (c) two coat of anti rust epoxy top coat paint 50micron DFT each as per manufacturer's specifications and as directed by engineer-in-charge. note: one coat of zinc silicate and one coat of epoxy primer shall be applied on structural steel surfaces after gritblast cleaing in workshop prior to erection as per specifications and as directed by engineer-in-charge. Supply of all materials in contractor's scope.Fabrication drawings will be provided by consultant for the structural work.

SUPPLYING, TRANSPORTING, FABRICATING, ERECTING AND FIXING IN POSITION as per the specifications, ELECTROFORGED HOT DIP GALVANISED GRATINGS (GI coating weight shall be 305gm/Sqm as per IS 4759) of the approved design and pattern and erecting & fixing of fabricated steel work on operating floors, platforms, stair landings & treads,etc., at various levels at all heights including supply of all GI fixtures like edge plates for treads,clips, studs, bolts, welding if required and nosing for the treads and etc., complete, as per drawings, specifications & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

DISMANTLING OF STRUCTURAL STEEL WORKS (bolted/riveted/welded)of all descriptions(taking all necessary safety precautions) for all heights & depths above & below plinth level including supply of all tools & tackles, consumables, necessary scaffolding etc. providing temporary bracings as required, cutting gusset plates, bolts, nuts, weldings etc, stacking of serviceable materials at designated location /CPCL storage Yard/scrap yard within the Refinery premises as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying Galvanised MS CHEQUERED PLATE,transporting ,cleaning & fabricating & fixing on operating platforms at all heights including grinding edges & supplying all bolts,nuts ,washers etc. complete .The Galvanised MS Chequered plate(6mm to 10mm thick) to be fixed to the supporting beam with help of 12mm dia. counter sunk bolts at 400mmc/c including necessary modifications for supporting structure,drilling holes in plates and supporting structures etc. all complete as per drawings,specifications and directions of Engineer in Charge.
