(c) Screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:4 as bedding layer using 100% coarse sand. (d) S&F for precast cement concrete tiles of size 250x250x25 mm conforming to IS 1237-1980 laid over screed bed and including joints filed with cement mortar 1:2 mixed with linseed oil @ 5% by weight of cement.

M&L for provn of roof treatment with polymeric water proofing membrance with the following specification as under including taking down of existing roof treatment alongwith taking down existing screed bed/plaster in cement mortar or any specification:: (a) Applying a coat of bitumen primer conforming to IS 3384 @ 0.40 Itrs/sqm and allow to dry. (b) Applying and laying 3 mm thick APP having non- woven polyster matt at core and under surface coated with plastic polythene film, laid on primed surface, fixed with torch application method as per manufacturer instruction.
