Construction of compound wall at DIC Office, Jey pore for the year 2025-26 (For a length of 52.00 Mtr)

Earth work in excavation of foundation in Hard soil including hard moorum, stoney earth, earth mixed with boulders (except sheet rock and boulders requiring blasting) with all leads and lifts for guard wall including dressing & levelling the bed and depositing the excavated earth at places away from work site with all leads and lifts including cost of all labour T&P required for the work etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying & filling in foundation & plinth with sand in 23.5cm(9 inch) thick layers including watering & ramming with cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of the materials & labour with T&P required for the work etc.,complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Measurement will be taken on finished compacted section only)

P.C.C (1:3:6) in foundation and wall using 4Cm (3/2 inch) size clean hard black broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying in layers not exceeding 15Cm. (6”) thick to the required level, ramming, watering, curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing, lifting, hoisting and laying Reinforced cement concrete of M-20 grade as per approved designs and drawings having a minimum compressive strength (in work test) 200 Kg. / Square cm. in 15 cm. cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 516 using 12 mm. to 20 mm. size black hard crushed broken granite stone chips and screened and washed sharp sand for mortar of approved quality from approved quarry, washed and cleaned ( 20mm. size chips not to exceeds 25 % ) to be mixed in concrete mixture with Portland slag cement (PSC) including hoisting, lowering, laying and compaction concrete by using vibrators, watering and curing for 28 days, centering and shuttering then after dismantling and removing debris from the work site and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties of all materials and cost of all labours, sundries, T & P required of the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. But excluding cost and conveyance of M.S. rods or Tor steel and binding wires and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending etc. of M.S. rods or tor steel tying the grills and placing in proper position complete as per direction of Engineer-In -Charge.- Foundation

COLUMN SUPERSTRUCTURE

Supplying, Cutting, Straightening coiled or bent up M.S. rods or Tor steel of SAIL(HYSD Fe-415) welding or jointing if necessary, bending, binding, tying the grills and laying in position as required for R.C.C. works and hoisting, lowering and placing in position in all floors according to approved designs and drawings including cost, conveyance, taxes of M.S. rods or Tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge required for the work and cost of all labour, sundries, T&P etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge All reinforcement steel and structural steel shall be procured from primary producers of steel-SAIL/RINL/TATA/ JINDAL/SHYAM STEEL.

Brickwork with Fly ash bricks in cement mortar (1:6) in F&P (23cm x 11cm x 8 cm) having minimum crushing strength not less than 75 kg.per.sq.cm. including splays cutting, circular moulding, chamfering, corbelling and similar such type of woks with all necessary projections watering and curing for 7 days after immersing the bricks in water for six hours before use etc. complete including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work and royalties etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Brickwork with Fly ash bricks in cement mortar (1:6) in superstructure (23cm x 11cm x 8 cm) having minimum crushing strength not less than 75 kg.per.sq.cm. including splays cutting, circular moulding, chamfering, corbelling and similar such type of woks with all necessary projections watering and curing for 7 days after immersing the bricks in water for six hours before use etc. complete including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work and royalties etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) using 12mm size black hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers, watering, curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials with labour,labour cess and T&P etc. required for the work complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing of concertina coil with 6mt (equivalent to 50 spirals) length coils clipped with two nos of straight line razor and fixing U shape ms Angle of size 50x50x6mm providing in the distance of 2.5mt centre to centre and seven row of Razor barbed tape and grouted on the wall and welded withspike grill for rigid fixing after dismantling the rquired brick work and fixing the coil with C.C. (1:2:4) in position and painting to M.S. angles with cost of all materials and labour etc required for the work.

12mm (1/2 inch) thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) finished smooth to brick walls after raking out the joint including watering and curing for seven days with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T& P required for the work with all taxes and royalities etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge.

16mm (5/8 inch) thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to inside of 9''/10'' thick brick walls after raking out the joint including watering, curing for seven days with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work and royalities etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Finishing wall surface with Weather seal two coats with any approved shade over a coat of primer including cost, conveyance, , cess and royalties of all materials with labour and T&P required for the work etc., complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer In Charge.

Shifting of earth by mechnical means within 5Km lead etc including cost of all labour T&P , cess & OH required for the work etc. complete and as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply of labour for cleaning debries including cost of all labour T&P , cess & OH required for the work etc. Complete and as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.
