Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premise complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L vitrified ceramic tiles light shade 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exc 0.42 sqm but not exc 1.00 sqm in floors/skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured ement to match over and including screed bed or bedding layer 15mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 350 x 250mm x 7mm /450mmx350mmx7mmthick on vertical surface such as skirting, dados, risers to steps etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair 1.25 mm thick Steel rolling shutters, with out ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated,complete: push pull or man, complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 4 above but gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle

Demolition of stone slab & tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Granite (of any type) tiles20 mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing types complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for machine cut kota stone flooring 550 x 550x 20 to 25mm thk laid over cement screed bed jointed & pointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade including rubbing & mirror polishing over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 15mm thk in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item No 8.00 above but on verticla surfaces such as skirting /dado etc including over a screed bed or bedding layer of 10mm thk in CM 1:4 for laying tiles complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of flooring/ hard standing path & finishing the surface even & fair without using extra cement all as specified & directed.

Demolition of stone/ boulder masonry and built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L squared rubble walling Jodhpur type, brought upto courses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.
