Isolating and indoor/outdoor transformer 2 pole structure/plinth/platform mounted type after disconnecting HT/LT cable terminals connections and reconnecting the after carrying out necessary repair /maintenance work complete all as specified and directed (spares will be measured and paid as supply only) for following capacities:-

Supply only in replacement transformer Bush rods brass as per existing dia/size of HT/LT side including set of brass,washer,nut & bolt etc for indoor / outdoor transformer complete all as specified and directed for following sizes:-

Supply only in replacement porcelain insulating bush with gasket for HT side of transformer HT 11 KV indoor / outdoor size upto 400 KVA complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only in replacement porcelain insulating bush with gasket for LT side of transformer HT 11 KV indoor / outdoor size upto 400 KVA complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only for Replacement to unserviceable synthetic rubberized corksheet/gasket of 6mm thick for fixing top cover and HT / LT side transformer bushes of different capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Dehydration including filtration and cleaning of transformer oil at site by dehydration machine till to achieve Di-electric strength 60 KV at 2.5 mm gap including testing of sample before and after dehydration and filtration complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE : -Contractor has to arrange the dehydration machine and testing kit without any extra cost.

Supply & Filling transformer oil low viscosity type conforming to IS-335 (Latest revision) for topping up of transformer (having dielectric strength 60 KV with 2.5mm gap) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

S&F in replacement silica gel breather assembly having iron cap at top & bottom and tighten with suitable size of nuts & bolts filled with silica gel for the size of transformer 250 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

S&F in replacement silica gel for transformer 250 KVA to 400 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M & L in Replacement of temperature gauge of range 0-100 degree celcius complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of drop out fuses 11 KV, 100 Amps capacity including nut bolts washers with barrel fuse expulsion type set of three including mounting on channel complete all as specified and directed

Servicing of two pole structure complete including replacement of unserviceable jumpers, sleeves, vice type connectors, bolts nuts washers,post insulators if reqd,DO "V" contact, DO "L"contact ,connecting lugs/thimbles greasing the moving parts applying petroleum jelly on moving and fixed contacts, tightening all connection and preparing the old painted surfaces of the structure such as cross arms, bracings and supports clamps back plates complete and painting two coats of anti corrosive aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and painting the pole with water proof paint providing yellow and black paint from the ground level complete all as specified and directed at site by Engr-in-Charge Note :- No extra payment will be made for the spares required to keep the installation in satisfactory functioning through out the contract period other than given in the schedule.

Servicing of four pole structure complete including replacement of unserviceable jumpers, sleeves, vice type connectors, bolts, nuts washers,post insulators if reqd,DO "V" contact, DO "L"contact, connecting lugs/thimbles greasing the moving parts applying petroleum jelly on moving and fixed contacts, tightening all connection and preparing the old painted surfaces of the structure such as poles, cross arms, bracings and supports clamps back plates complete and painting two coats of anti corrosive aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and painting the pole with water proof paint providing yellow and black paint from the ground level complete all as specified and directed at site by Engr-in-Charge Note :- No extra payment will be made for the spares required to keep the installation in satisfactory functioning through out the contract period other than given in the Sch 'A' given

M&L for defect rectification in HT 11 KV cable laid in trenches by locating fault with the help of electronic fault locator machine comprising of surge generator pulse ECHP fault location with high frequency distance calculator etc. Excavation in any type of soil strata exposing the cable fault removal of deteriorated position of cable treating of cable and keeping the same ready for jointing work for cables of size upto 300 sqmm 3 core. The fault located equipment will be brought at site within 02 hours of Instruction received from Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Taking out vacuum circuit breaker by disconnecting carefully electrical connection from junction box from panel carefully.Overhauling the spring charging mechanism,checking the vacuum gap,greasing and adjusting of moving parts and adjusting as required, Cleaning all parts by CTC solution / emry paper as required and greasing the metallic and mechanical parts and refixing the same complete all as directed.

Supply only standered compact power pack unit for HT 11 KV VCB, input voltage 110/220 V AC out put voltage 24 Volt DC with power on indicator,fuses on input and output side complete all as specified and directed. Make: Power care/ Maa Sharda Electricals or equivalent as approved by AGE (I)

Supply only closing coil for existing 11 KV VCB 24 Volt DC including necessary connection complete all as specified and directed. Make: As per OEM

Supply only tripping coil for existing 11 KV VCB 24 Volt DC including necessary connection complete all as specified and directed. Make: As per OEM

Supply only tinned copper fuse wire supplied in 200/250 gm roll complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 50mm height, 65mm dia for 550 volts grade 100mm height 65mm dia for 1100 volts grade and 100mm height 100mm dia for 3300volts grade 150mm height 135mm dia for 6600 volts grade 150mm height 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade, , complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and install in replacement , commissioning and testing air break switch,gang operator off load disconnection type,out door,mechanically operator from ground level and mounted on 11KV post insulators with and including MS channel base,MS nut,bolts for fixing to the poles,capacity 200 A,3 phase and three insulators per phasecomplete with locking arrengement in ON and OFF position including necessary conections all as directed and fixing to the pole structure in position including painting the steel surface with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement cross arms, bracing, support, clamps etc made out of mild steel channel or angle section of reqd size and shape including clamp, back plate with bolts, nuts & washers drilled for insulator bolts, welding, bending cold or hot in any shape or size including all fixing arrangement on HT over head line and painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L in replacement for anti-climbing devices spike type fabricated from MS bar (8 mm size 10 Nos x 20 cm long) fixed by drilling/welding on 2 Nos MS flat 40 x 6 mm made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole and fixed at about 2.0 mtr height from GL including complete painting with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, Laying , testing and connecting in replacement XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts, grade cross sectional area 95 sq. mm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 39.00 here-in-before but size of cable 150 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches any type of soil (hard / dense) not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of cable not exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming hard / dense soil in layers not exc 25 cm thick each layers complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr abd depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supply and spreading fine sand (Jamuna sand) in trenches for cushioning of cable 8 cm thick below the cable and 15 cm thick above the cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for Reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type size 300mmx180mmx40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix Spring charging motor for 630 Amps,VCB complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix indicater lamps RYB color Complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, burieddirectly in ground (earth pit not lessthan 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 connected to earthing test point and PCC CI cover.funnel with watering pipe wiremese,and copper lugs etc,GI protection pipe of size,test point extra length of main earthing lead 7.5 mtrs ,connectiong lead from last point to main switch or switch board.or equipment to be earthed on testing after complete the earth resistance and earth will be done at no extra testing on completion all as specified and directed.
