VERTICAL LIFT GATES ( Size 12200 mm x 3650 mm) - 04(Four) Sets.
Dismantling, removal & shifting of 04 (Four) sets of old Vertical lift Gates to designated place as decided by the Client.
Erection, Commissioning, Testing of 04 (Four) sets of new Vertical lift Gates
Repair, Replacement of hoist materials including fixing of wire ropes with application of cadmium compound, fixing of covers for hoists, fixing of position indicator parts, hand drive etc. for 09(Nine) sets of rope drum hoist assemblies.
Painting of 06(six)) sets of Vertical lift Gates after sand blast cleaning process performed with as per requirements & class 'A' of IS 14177: 1994. After blast cleaning, the surface should be cleaned from loose dust & debris by air blast with help of blower. Over the prepared surfaces, two coats of zinc rich primer (containing not less than 85% zinc rich on dry film) should be applied to give a dry film thickness of 70 ± 5 microns. First coat of primer should be applied within six hours of sand blasting. Finishing coat should consist of 02 coats of solventless coal tar epoxy paints. These should be applied at an interval of 24 hours. Each coat should give minimum dry film thickness of 150 ± 5 microns. Total dry film thickness of all coats including primer coat should not be less than 350 microns. The rate should include hire charge of compressor, painting equiments, labour, other machinery, scaffolding etc. required for painting.

After blast cleaning, the surface should be cleaned from loose dust & debris by air blast with help of blower. Over the prepared surfaces, two coats of zinc phosphate primer should be applied to give a dry film thickness of 40 ± 5 microns per each coat. First coat of primer should be applied within six hours of sand blasting. Finishing coat should consist of 01 coat of alkyed based micaceous iron oxide paint at dry film thickness of 65 ± 5 followed by 02 coats of synthetic enamel paint confirming to IS 2932 : 1974 to give dry film thickness of 25 ± 5 microns per coat of synthetic enamel paint. Total dry film thickness of all coats including primer coat should not be less than 175 microns. The rate should include hire charge of compressor, painting equiments, labour, other machinery, scaffolding etc. required for painting.

Cost for fixing of 32mm dia anchor bolts by drilling 36 mm dia 700 mm long holes in existing pier and chemical grouting with bond chemical from reputed manufacturer having bond strength not less than 1.6 MPa including material, hire charges of machinery, labour and transportation charges.
Erection of 2nd Stage Embedded Parts for 09 (Nine) Sets of stoplog grooves for Barrage Bay.

CONSTRUCTION OF EXTRA BAY:- Footing for extra bay by excavation of earth in all kind of soil PCC(1:4:8), M-10/RCC grade M-25 for concreting using 40mm and downgradeed crusher broken hard granite aggregates of approved grades from approved quarry free from weathered skin surface, dust and any other deleterious materials as per drawing and specificationwith all leads, lifts, de-lifts including cost of carrige, royality and all other taxes of all materias mixing and vibrating concrete by mechanical means including shuttering and supply of all T&P,machinery, labour charges, cost and carrige of water for mixing concrete and curing including hire and running charges of all machinery, equipments, constructions/ erection and removal of gangway staging, scaffolding, incidental charges complete including cost of all materials like steel(Reinforcement, cement etc as per drawings and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
