Excavation in trenches in any type of soil i.e. loose/soft not exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 Mtr in width and getting out complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

All as per item No. 1.01 above but in hard/dense soil/cutting of road/hard standing/breaking of PCC etc.

Returning, filling and including spreading, leveling and watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm to achieve desired compactness as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Removing of excavated material/soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtrs and depositing at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 ( using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) for repairing of valve chamber foundation etc including filling in road cuts/ hard standing etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work in cement mortar 1:4 using sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plain not exceeding 6M mean radius including demolition of old brick work complete all as specified.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on brick/concrete surface etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing in replacement in trenches, galvanized iron water tubing medium grade including provision of all necessary ISI marked GI fittings / accessories and taking down/out old pipe line complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes :-

Supply only Calcium based, high strength chlorination chemical for water disinfectant in granular form in factory sealed HDPE container (45/50 Kg each ) , chlorine concentration leve 70% and delivered at various water installation underAGE E/M (AF) Palam complete all as specified and as directed. ( Make :" ALTOCH-GP" of Declibac or equivalent make as approved by GE)

M&L for Testing (Conducting yield test with" V" notch) by means of pumping set of suitable capacity for continously pumping for 16 hours running to determine safe pumping yield complete all as specified (All equipments, fuel etc shall be arranged by contractor at his own cost)

M&L for two coat painting to exposed CI/GI water pipe lines of header/suction /delivery of borewells/booster pumps any type any make and any size including sluice valves,fittings and non return valves at water supply installations as per specified colour code after cleaning and scraping out old paint including writting /marking complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for construction of valve chambers with MS cover 6 mm thick of valve pit of size 1200x1200x1200 MM( internal dimensions) including necessary excavation, earth work 150 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 Type D2 as in foundation, PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 in coping plastering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4, and angle iron frame 40x40x6 mm and locking arrangement including painting with coat of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surface complete all as specified and as shown in drawing No CE(AF)/TD/30 dated 11.11.2013 including dismantling of existing valve pit.

M&L for construction of valve chambers with MS cover 6 mm thick of valve pit of size 900x900x900 MM( internal dimensions) including necessary excavation, earth work 150 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 Type D2 as in foundation, PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 in coping plastering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4, and angle iron frame 40x40x6 mm and locking arrangement including painting with coat of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surface complete all as specified and as shown in drawing No CE(AF)/TD/30 dated 11.11.2013 including dismantling of existing valve pit.

Labour and T&P for taking out submersible pump/motor from existing location by disconnecting electric connection of submersible cable from outdoor panel,and taking out submersible pump/motor by using Tripod stand & chain pulley set complete all as directed alongwith taking out of entire column pipe length of any dia alongwith submersible cable, SWR rope from bore well upto a depth of 90mtr complete and redeploying of pump/motor alongwith column pipe,SWR rope, submersible cable etc by taking all necessary precautions including replacement of nuts,bolts and washers complete with rubber gasket of column pipe joints , joining of column pipes and rendering the entire setup functional after reconnecting to outdoor panel and testing thereof .(Note:- 1. The taking up and redeployment of pump/motor is meant for enhancement of bore wells, replacement of submersible cable,replacement of column pipe,or repair/replacement to pump/motor and all as jobs as mentioned shall be measured and paid seperately in respective items. 2. Proper care should be taken while taking up or redeploying of pump/motor with colum pipe from bore wells. All T&P and clamps, nuts/bolts required is inclusive of rates and any damage to borewell while execution of work shall be the responsibility of contractor and he shall be liable for rectification or provision of new bore well if existing one gets damaged due to negligence while execution of job.

Supply, fixing and testing of submersible electric driven pump only with outer dia of pump not exceeding 150 mm having discharge capacity 5 lps at 90 Meter head (operating head range -113-74 mtr) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Taking out and lowering of pump motor set will be measured and paid separately).

Supply, fixing, connecting electric connections and testing submersible motor only capacity 10 HP 3 phase 415 volts, 50 HZ with outer dia of pump set not exceeding 150 mm suitable to be coupled with pump as mentioned in item no. 38 hereinbefore complete all specified and directed.

Taking out centrifugal pump set, from squirrel cage induction motor capacity upto 50 HP from foundation with the help of special tools, opening the pump comletely and remetaling/grinding/polishing pump shaft, replacement of all defective parts if any (except bearings, impeller, bush & shaft) of existing size, gasket packing etc, complete overhauling and re-assembling, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, connection and testing of submersible cable copper conductor 3 core 1100 Volt grade 4 sq mm nominal cross sectional area including disconnecting the old u/s cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Annual maintance contract visit for RO plant capacity 5000 Ltr/hr, at 13 BRD domestic area including servicing, overhauling & repair if any required with replacement of all unserviceable parts complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note:- The RO plant maintained in serviceable condition through out the contrat period and any complaint regarding unserviceablilty of shall be rectified within 48 hrs panelty @ Rs 2000/- day shall be deducted from contractors dues till rectification on complaint. (A) Comprehensive AMC for RO Plant & its Equipment Capacity 5000 Ltr/hr :- (i) MGF -01 No (ii) Dosing Pump -01 (iii) RO Plant Complete 5000 ltr/hr -01 (B) scope to be covered under AMC :- (i) Provision of training to oprate the above System (ii) Submission of the preventive Maintenance Chart for the Month (iii) Cleaning operation for RO Membrane with all consumable/Chemicals (iv) Monthly cheacking of Cartidge, If cartridge shall be required, the supplier will arrange the same (v) Arrangment for probing of RO inter stage once in a month, resetting of 'O' ring in board connector etc to be arranged, if Required

(vi) Maintenance/trouble shooting of high pressure pump Necessary spares will be arranged by Suppliers,if Required (vii) Fault detection procon Pump/high prssure pump (viii) Replacement of on off switches (ix) PVC interconnection pipe line of complete RO system (excluding incoming GI pipe line) (x) Interconnector of Pressure vessel & 'O' ring of connector (xi) Mechanical seal of high Pressure pump (xii) Pressure switches (xii) Rota meter suitable for re-circulation line (xiii) ball valve size 1'' SS 316 & victaulic coupling 1 1/2'' (xiv) pressure gauge SS 0-7 to 21 kg/sqcm (xv) U pvc pipes size as per existing sample including aceessories (tee,elbow,socket etc).if any damages replace that items. (xvi) The above items shoud be covered AMC Total overall serviceable RO Plant Through contract period.No Extra amount shall be paid govt in this account (C) scope to be covered under AMC :- Annual maintance contract visit for RO plant and Supply items below the items

(i) Micron Cartridge - 12 Nos (ii) De-Scaling chemical -60 Kg (iii) Defouling chemical - 60Kg (iv) Anti scalent - 60 Kg (e) Soda Ash - 25 Kg (f) Cleaning Chemical HCL -50 ltr Under AMC, Supplier shall replace all the damaged parts free of cost, but following Damages shall not be Covered under this scheme:- (i) Any Damages caused due to improper operation RO Plant (ii) Damage of electrical parts and damages due to power fluctuations (iii) Damage membranes and procon/ high presure pump. Under AMC, Supplier shall replace all the damaged parts other than supply only items considered hereinafter as supply only, but rest of parts required to keep plant functional around the clock shall be considered in quoted rates. Note I :- (a) Material shall be supplied in each month (b) Payment shall be made quaterly basis Note II :- 1. Old material will be the property of the department/contractor/credit if any certified that funds are available to meet the cost of expenditure 2. Certified that the above stores/items do not pertain to any original local pruchase items/NAC attached. 3. Certified that stores/repairs and replacements are urgently required and its delay would be detrimental to public services

S&F in replacement GI pipe heavy grade for column pipe 50 mm dia with having MS flange 12 mm thick x 50 mm dia 'V' cut on both ends of flanges for submersible cable entry and including rubber gasket and 04 Nos nuts and bolts with sutable size and welding works as per site requirement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only Jal-TARA Water Testing Kit, the kit can be 16 essential parameters. The Jal TARA Test kit Carry over to Physical :parameters,pH,Hardness, Temperature, Turbidity and TDS Chemical :Arsenic, Choride, Fluoride, Iron, Nitrate, Residual Chlorine,Disssolved Oxygen, Phosphorus and Ammonia Biological : Coliform Bacteiria, Benthic Diversity complete all as specified and as directed.

Water Testing of borewells (8 Nos) and STP (2 Nos) at 13 BRD and 16 BRD area on a Quaterly basis by collecting water samples from different locations in the area for the following parameters-Colour,Odour,PH Value,Taste,Turbidity,Total Dissolved Solids, Ammonia, Chloride, Flouride, Free Residual chlorine ,Iron, Nitrate,Total AlkalinityTotal Hardness, Lead,Mercury, Total Arsenic,E.Coli,Total Coliform Bacteria.

Supply and fix in replacement of water level indicator of electronic type with PVC insulated copper conuctor for indicating water level complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of water meter of analog type in 150mm CI pipeline line complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for replacement of U pvc pipes (sch-40) 1.5 inch including accessories complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for replacement of U pvc pipes (sch-40) 2 inch including accessories complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for replacement of Rota meter suitable for re-circulation line suitable for 5000 LPH RO plant (as per sample)make aster /HP/flow star complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement ISI Marked, of approved quality, cast iron non return valve, both ends flanged jointed and tested including taking down old valve complete all as specified and directed for150 mm bore sizes complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for dewatering, cleaning of reservoirs with high pressure jet complete all as directed in six stages cleaning process as under for the following :- (i) Dewatering the tank with portable submersible pump set with flow rate of 30,000 ltrs per hr. (ii) Removal of left over dirty water and sludge with special sludge removal pump set having capacity up to 1.7 lakh ltrs per hr. (iii) Cleaning of wall ceiling and floor by high pressure rotary water jet with the help of German equipment which create pressure of 80-120. (iv) Removing of remaining sludge from the floor with the help of industrial vaccum cleaner. (v) Spraying of non toxic biodegraded eco friendly anti bacterial agent certified by a Govt approved lab to disinfect the tank from harmful pathdons. The dose utilise should be as per OECD guide No 432 . (vi) Treatment of inside tank be exposing UV radiation kill the suspended or floating bacterial remaining in the tank

Notes:- (a) The amount of Rs. 98,856/- against Schedule of Credit on Page No. 127 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving the Contract Sum for Acceptance. (b) Contractor shall maintain the contineuty of repair work by minimum one plumber with helper to maintain the serviceability of water supply in station and they will take the urgent nature of repair work to be required on priority out of scope considered in tender.
