Supply, installation & testing of LT panel 3 phase and neutral, 415 volts factory made, Outdoor type, free standing, floor mounting, dust and vermin proof cubical type, LT panel fabricated from 3.15 mm thick ( minimum) CRCA sheet steel powder coated with Grey shade (RAL-7035) after seven tank process having thickness of 50-6- microns fully compartmentalized design with 4 Nos of busbars made of high conductivity 99.9% pure copper of ETP grade suitable for 450 amps pre-wired with suitable size of copper strip, including complete wiring and comprising of INCOMMING (a) MCCB 300 A FP 36KA with Microprocessor based release for O/C + S/C, spreader link and Ext Rotary Handle. (b ) Digital Ampere Meter (c) Indicating light RYB LED 230 V AC (d) Digital Volt meter (e) Control MCB 6A, 10 KA (f) CT 300/5A tape wound. OUTGOING (a) MCCB 200A,FP, 36 KA with TM release for O/C + S/C, spreader link and Ext Rotary Handle-01 Nos (b) MCCB 100A , FP, 25 KA with TM release for O/C + S/C, spreader link and Ext Rotary Handle-02 Nos.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm×60cm× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, using galvanised iron strip 25×4mm as earthing lead connected by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. NOTE : (i) Earth resistance value should be less than 2 Ohms (ii) Item includes the cost of 7.5 m GI pipe for protection of earth strip.(iii) PCC pits shall be provided atleast 500 mm away from the pit and not on the earth pit itself and the extra cost of additional length of watering pipe, bends , elbows etc. shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iv) Necessary earth work, excavation shall be carried out in any type of soil strata, returning, filling in and making good surrounding area complete shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M & L for Maintenance free Chemical earthing of technology 2 mtr long 17.20 mm dia with 250-micron Copper coating and UL listed. There should be terminal for connection of 150 × 50 × 6 mm with 4 holes of 12 mm dia along with 2 bags of 25 Kgs each of earth enhancing compound. The chemical compound should be tested and certified by any NABL accredited laboratory with 95 percent carbon content. The testing laboratory should be an ISO 9001 and 14001 certified. The earth enhancing compound should be IEC 62321. The pH value of compound should be 7–8. Electrode should be duly tested and certified by CPRI, Govt of India for a min short circuit current of 25 kA rms for 1 Sec. Including necessary boring of suitable dia upto required depth in any type of soil for inserting copper rod and filling of chemicals and Poly plastic pit cover of material – polymer body & cover dimensions – 308 mm (L) × 308 mm (W) × 214 mm (H) bearing capacity 7.5 Ton approved from NABL approved Lab complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- (i) Earthing is to be done in front of the Engr-in-Charge. (ii) Test Results of earthing to be submitted by the contractor for all earthings. (iii) Failing to maintain resistance of earthing less than 2.0 ohm, new earthing to be provided by the contractor without any extra cost. (iv) Necessary earth work, excavation shall be carried out in any type of soil strata, returning, filling in and making good surrounding area complete shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

S&F Copper strip 20 x 3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. from earth pits to LT panels and connected installations complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F industrial grade Plug and socket for L2 confirming to IEC 60309 compatible for 3 pole, mounted on an IP 44 enclouser made of PC/ABS, including 16 Amps MCB and single phase power line surge supressor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
