Supply of welding portion for welding of rail joints by Alumino thermic SKV process (Single Shot Crucible with Automatic Tapping Thimble Technology) including supervision, tools & plants and consumables etc. under the jurisdiction of ADEN/Bhatapara of Raipur Division.

10.2. Financial Eligibility Criteria: The tenderer must have minimum average annual contractual turnover of V/N or 'V' whichever is less; where V= Advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees. N= Number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited. The average annual contractual turnover shall be calculated as an average of "total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years, as per the audited balance sheet. However, in case balance sheet of the previous year is yet to be prepared/ audited, the audited balance sheet of the fourth previous year shall be considered for calculating average annual contractual turnover. The tenderers shall submit requisite information as per Annexure-VIB, along with copies of Audited Balance Sheets duly certified by the Chartered Accountant/ Certificate from Chartered Accountant duly supported by Audited Balance Sheet.

Each page of the copy of documents/certificates in support of Special Financial Criteria, submitted by the tenderer, shall be self attested/ digitally signed by the tenderer or authorized representative of the tendering firm. Self attestation shall include signature, stamp and date (on each page).

Credentials if submitted in foreign currency shall be converted into Indian currency i.e., Indian Rupee as per clause 10.5 of Indian Railways Standard General Conditions of Contract- April- 2022 (GCC-April-2022).

Tenderer must have valid RDSO approval for 60kg/60 E1 (R-260 grade) rail with Nominal gap of 25 mm using CAP/ Oxy LPG/ Oxy propane preheating with 3 piece mould (Zr-Washed) manually pressed /core shooted with Auto Tapping Thimble & SSC till closing date of tender. If the tenderer does not have valid RDSO approval as mentioned above till closing date of tender its tender offer shall be summarily rejected.

Tenderer has to submit details of Employment/partnership etc of Retired Railway Employees as per Indian Railways Standard General Conditions of Contract- April- 2022 (GCC-April-2022) with all correction slips up- todate and as given in para 24.1 of "General instructions to tenderer" attached with tender document. Tender without the information above referred to or a statement to the effect that no such retired engineer or retired Gazetted Officer is so associated with the tenderer, as the case may be, shall b e rejected. Format given in Annexure-J in attached documents.

Definition of Similar work : Nil (As per Railway Board letter No.2017/Track-P/9 (2) Vol.III, dt.07.03.2019.

Each page of the copy of the documents/ certificates in support of Special Technical Criteria, submitted by the tenderer, shall be duly self attested/digitally signed by the tenderer (Self Attestation shall include signature, date & stamp of the tenderer).

As per Rly Bd's letter No.2017/Trans/01/Policy, dt.08.02.2018, Multiple L- 1:- In case of more than one L-1 bidders, tender may be awarded to tenderer having higher bid capacity. In case bid capacity is also the same, tenderer having done more value of similar work in last three previous financial years and the current financial year up to the date of opening of tender may be selected for award.
