M & L rendering 15 mm thick on stone masonry or other than fair faces of brick surfaces in CM (1:6) finished even and smooth with out using extra cement

M & L rendering 15mm thick on Brick masonary surfaces or surface other than fair faces of brick work on wall in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

Dismantling and removing from site wall and ceiling boards (Fibre, pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets and metalic frame

Providing and fixing Gypsum Board 12mm thick in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufactures instructions.

S&F aluminium anodised snap grid false ceiling frame of size 605 x 605 mm frame work for false ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for hanger 6mm dia GI (upto 1200mm length) adjustable level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40x3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasterner 12.5mm dia 40mm long complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
