M&L for taking down loose and damage concrete cement plaster from soffits of ceiling, floor/ slab, vertical surfaces of columns, beams, slabs etc examing concret by tapping with light hammer and marking of the loose concrete areas of structural elements in straight line geometrical forms, grooving the edges same with grinder upto 5-10mm depth without damaging existing rebars, carefully removing carbonated concrete around the rebars upto 10mm depth by low impact high frequency hammer/ chipper without damaging the sound concrete including exposing and removing rust from reinforcement by rubbing with wire brush and plenty of water so as to remove the loose particles, dust, laitance etc and removal of debris to a distance n.exc 50m and deposited where directed all as specified and as directed. Providing and applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer Sika Rust off 100 on the existing rebar and allowing it to react with rust for 6 hrs and form a corrosion resistant, insoluble and adherent protective layer, followed by applicationof zinc rich epoxy anti corrosive protective coating Sika Friazinc R for rebar corrosion protection system in 2 coats of 0.4kg/sqm complete all as specified and directed. Providing and application of corrosion inhibiting impregnation coating Sika Ferrogard 903, designed for use as an impregnation for protection of steel reinforcement within unexposed concrete in consumption of 0.5 kg/sqm. Mixing & applying two component epoxy resin concrete bonding coat Sikander 32 LP on concrete in consumption of 0.5 kg /sqm followed by re-builting the damaged RCc section by applying Sika Mono top -412 (IN)single component or equivalent, avg 30mm thick by hand or spray application in ceilings complete all specified and as directed. Measure the surface moisture on the concrete surface by moistrure meter and ensure that it is below 4%. Cleaning the application area of any protections by using surafce grinders and filling honey comb area, voids, undulations if any of about 2mm with wpoxy mortar Sikandur-31 or equivalent. supply and applying a solvent free, epoxy based, thixotropic, structural two part adhensive for plate bonding with Sikadur-30 LP (IN) and P&A the marked application area with pultruded CFRP plate at bottom of beams for flexural strengthening with Sika CarboDur S-514 or equivalent having cemensons of 50mm wide and 1.4mm thickness specified and as directed. Make : Sika or Equivalant approved by GE

M&L TMT steel bars 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape reqd and welded to existing reinforcement of any description and any position of RCC structure after binding with mld steel wire annealed n less than 0.9 mm dia and addl bar complete all specified and directed.

M& L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all specified and directed.

Dismantling/taking out exisisting hessain base felt or any other existing water proofing treatment from roof including cement plaster and exposing the top surface or RCC slab incl removing the dismatled debris to a distance exc 200m & n exc 250m complete all specified and directed.

M&L APP based polymeric membrane minimum veight 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non- woven fabric (wt. not less than 150gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by torch application method with minimum side overlap 100mm and 150mm as end lap over roofs after cleaning the surfaces properly with water and allowed to dry completely including priming surfaces for applying Normal treatment complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for drilling holes of 12 mm dia 50 to 100mm deep holes in structural members at the interval of 300mm in staggered manner or along the crack line in reinforced concrete structural element including cleaning of the holes by air blower and inserting 12mm dia (NRV) non returnable valve nozzle compactabile with epoxy injector and having machined external end to receive outlet of grouting gun. Fix inside he hole by applying Sikadur -31 or equivalent thixotropic epoxy adhensive to ensure complete sealing and allow curing the system for minimum of 8 hrs before grouting including nozzle projections,excess putty, if any over concrete element by grinding, leveling and finishing the external surface, after complettion of the work, etc. complete all as specified and directed. Make : Sika or Equivalant approved by GE.

M&L for grouting injectiing two part. Low viscosity, moisture insenstive injection liquid at damp substrate location, based on high strenght epoxy resin Sikadur-53 UF or eqivalent by pressure and using pressure epoxy injector with accessories till nozzle refused to accept the grout including mixing of grout having mixed density 1.1kg/l (at+27*C), Viscosity- 500mPas at +30*C and should comply according at ASTM C 882 and should have below properties. compressive strenght >=50 N/mm2 (7 days) according to ASTM C 579, Tensile strength ~ 30 N/mm2 (after 14 days at +30*C cure) According ot ISO 527), Tensile Adhension strength >8 N/mm2 (failure in concrete) after 14 days +308C cure. seal the nozzle with Sikagard 694F (I) or equilvalent thixotropic epoxy putty after the refusal of grout materials from the nozzle. Note : Leakage through other nozzle or cracks are required to be monitired while grouting and such points to be sealed as and when required without any sextra cost. Provinding and applying jacketing around damaged member of columns providing and coating with ready to use non shrink cementitious free flow micro concrete SikaRep Microcrete-4 at level thickness more than 40mm having compressive strenght .60 N/mm2 (28 days) according to ASTM C 1107-99 including providing and fixing of water tight foam faced finish shuttering of minimum 18mm thickness and drilling holes and fixing shear anchor with Sika Abnchor fix 2+ tropical supporting formwork, all lead lift, mixing placing de shuttering levelling the surface by grinding off cementitious slurry or cementitious joints difference if any to satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge and curing.
