Earth work in Excavation over areas for foundation by mechanical mean (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, any kind of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 Mt & depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 Mt above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material exc. 250 m but n exc. 500 m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with soil etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete all as specified & directed.

M & L for Pre-cast cement concrete block (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in solid block masonry exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in copings, Chajja /kerbs stone, roof padding/staging of water tank etc, including necessary fromwork, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Concrete bed type (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates to drain pipes 450mm dia including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 450 mm internal dia RCC NP2 class pipe laid in trenches jointed with CM (1:1) and tested as complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 15/20/30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred / stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hardcore or gauge of broken stone or boulders n.exc 63mm, deposited spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base or sub floors finishing the surfaces even and rough to receive the topping layer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as approved by GE and as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc.,of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over in and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3(1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specfied and as directed.

Material and Labour for preparing newely plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement primer etc complete all as specified and as directed. (Notes : Work required to be carried out at heights of 8 to 10 metre from Natural Ground level. Nothing Extra Shall be admissible on this account.)

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) and finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specfied and as directed.complete all as specfied and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specfied and as directed.

M & L preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & filling of Moorum/red bajri obtained from outside MD land as in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and as directed.
