Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Modular type Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF)/Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRV) air cooled Outdoor (Condenser) units suitable for cooling having 100% hermetically sealed inverter type twin Rotary/Scroll Compressor(s), minimum two compressors (with individual separate PCB) for above 14 HP modules, microprocessor based Controller, top discharge type condensing unit(s), with R-410-A Refrigerant or equivalent, vibration Isolators with suitable foundation etc. complete as required. To have better efficiency condenser fan shall be capable to operate at different speed with respect to load. The unit shall deliver the rated capacity and in conformation as per IS 18728:2024 and CPWD Specifications and work even at 50°C ambient temperature without tripping. The system shall be able to deliver 100% of the rated capacity upto 39 Degree Celsius. The unit shall be suitable to work on 400V +/- 10%, 3 Phase, 50Hz ac power supply and BMS compatible. The unit shall be filled with first charge of the refrigerant and ready for use as required. The condenser should be coated with a hydrophilic film to prevent water accumulation on the surface of the heat exchanger, enhance water dispersion, and reduce the risk of degradation, thereby improving overall performance and durability. The Indian Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio of the unit shall be as per following and complete as per CPWD specification, connections, interconnections etc. as required. Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of following minimum capacity High wall type Indoor unit equipped with and comfort washable synthetic media pre-filter, fan section with low noise fan/dynamically balanced blower, multispeed motor, coil section with DX copper coil, electronic expansion valve, outer cabinet, cord less remote control with batteries as required, drain pan, necessary accessories etc., suitable for operation on 230 V ± 10%, 50 Hz, single phase ac supply, complete as required. The Indoor units must shut down upon receiving a signal from the BMS System/Fire Signals. The system shall be capable to adjust air flow as per room requirement automatically. The cooling capacity of indoor unit will be at air inlet conditions of 27 Degree C DB and 19 Degree C WB temperature. (Make will be same as of Outdoor)

The Indoor units must shut down upon receiving a singal from the BMS System/Fire Singnals. The system shall be capable to adjust air flow as per room requirement in auto mode. The cooling capacity of indoor unit will be at air inlet conditions of 27 degree C DB and 19 degree C WB temperature. (Make will be same as of Outdoor)

TFA UNIT: Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of factory fabricated of following capacity top discharge VRF type Treated Fresh Air Unit (TFA) for filtration, precooling and dehumidifying of outside air and injecting into the conditioned space, complete with hermetically sealed Scroll Compressor(s), with environment friendly refrigerant, double skin pre-painted GI casing with thermal insulation, multispeed centrifugal forward / backward curved DIDW fan in evaporator (indoor unit), cooling coil (DX type), drain pan, access doors, vibration isolators, G4 pre-filters and F7 fine filters, complete with all standard accessories, supports, fasteners, making duct plenum with suitable canvas / flexible for connecting supply air duct and input air duct, alignment, trial run, as per technical specifications, approved drawings and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The unit shall be suitable to work on 400V +/- 10%, 3 Phase, 50Hz ac power supply. Fresh Air Intake Louvre for TFA: Providing and fixing of suitable size aluminium / SS / GI fresh air intake louver / duct with bird/insect screen, suitable for outdoor installation, including fixing arrangement, sealing, making good the surrounding surfaces, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

GI Sheet Metal Ducting: Supplying, installation, balancing and commissioning of fabricated at site GSS sheet metal rectangular/ round ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, supports, bends, transitions, reducers, end caps, collars etc as required complete in all respect in confirmation with IS : 655 and approved drawings and specifications of following sheet thickness complete as required.

Thermal Insulation for Ducting: Supplying and fixing of following thickness duly laminated aluminium foil of mat finish closed cell Nitrile rubber (Class "O") insulation on existing duct after applying suitable adhesive for Nitrile rubber. Removing, reshaping, cutting, modification, finishing of existing grid type false ceiling for placing cassette type indoor units, ductable unit, placing supply air grills, including cutting of wall, glass for drawing refrigerant pipes, fresh air duct at a height not more than 5 metre, mending good the damages, if any, etc. as required during the entire execution work of installation of VRF indoors, out doors and TFA components.

SUB HEAD - 2 (AMC) (Supplementary agreement shall be formed after DLP) under ARMO Fund Comprehensive (Routine, Preventive and Breakdown) maintenance of 24 HP, 12 HP VRF / VRV Type AC and 14 HP TFA Unit including its all accessories, condensers, evaporator units, time to time checking of refrigerant leakage, electrical circuits, etc. for smooth operation of the entire AC units during the defect liability period of 1 year after date of commissioning as per maintenance schedule. (No payment shall be made separately for this period): 1st Year - 1 Job free of cost

Comprehensive (Routine, Preventive and Breakdown) maintenance of 26 HP and 3 x 10 HP VRF / VRV Type AC system including its all accessories, condensers, evaporator units, time to time checking of refrigerant leakage, electrical circuits, etc. for smooth operation of the entire AC units after defect liability period of 1 year from the date of commissioning as per maintenance schedule. Any breakdown shall be attended within 4 hours of reporting. Spare parts required during breakdown maintenance shall be arranged and replaced by the Contractor. This is applicable for the whole system of AC units installed. (N.B.: 01 Job means during a period of one year)
