TFA UNIT: Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of factory fabricated of following capacity top discharge VRF type Treated Fresh Air Unit (TFA) for filtration, precooling and dehumidifying of outside air and injecting into the conditioned space, complete with hermetically sealed Scroll Compressor(s), with environment friendly refrigerant, double skin pre-painted GI casing with thermal insulation, multispeed centrifugal forward / backward curved DIDW fan in evaporator (indoor unit), cooling coil (DX type), drain pan, access doors, vibration isolators, G4 pre-filters and F7 fine filters, complete with all standard accessories, supports, fasteners, making duct plenum with suitable canvas / flexible for connecting supply air duct and input air duct, alignment, trial run, as per technical specifications, approved drawings and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Comprehensive (Routine, Preventive and Breakdown) maintenance of 26 HP and 3 x 10 HP VRF / VRV Type AC system including its all accessories, condensers, evaporator units, time to time checking of refrigerant leakage, electrical circuits, etc. for smooth operation of the entire AC units after defect liability period of 1 year from the date of commissioning as per maintenance schedule. Any breakdown shall be attended within 4 hours of reporting. Spare parts required during breakdown maintenance shall be arranged and replaced by the Contractor. This is applicable for the whole system of AC units installed. (N.B.: 01 Job means during a period of one year)
