Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of “Crash Rated Electro- Hydraulic Bollard Systems” as per DOS/ ASTM/PAS68 /IWA 14:2013 standards with minimum K4 crash rating (Individual bollard should be physically crash tested from reputed testing agency) . Bollards should be of minimum 900 mm height and 275 mm dia made up of heavy steel cylindrical weldment. The bollards should have an Axle load bearing capacity of Road / Base plate of minimum 20 tons with a provision of Operational alert with Blinking LED, Audio signal during operation along with all other accessories like provision of Manual operation during power off, Hydraulic Power Pack / Unit with accumulator, safety interlock detector and Control panel having incomer MCCB of suitable rating , control and logic circuit placed inside IP66 weather proof enclosure, with lock and key arrangement. The enclose should be equipped with LED Light at the Top indicating serviceability of electric systems. Work includes all civil and electrical works euch as excavation of existing Concrete/ PQC / bitumen road, disposal of excavated material, fixing the bollards systems, concrete work and making good the some after installation of bollards, provision of Self priming sump pump of suitable rating to drain the accumulated water, supply & laying of cables in suitable HDPE/DWC/GI Pipes (upto 30 Meter) and interconnection, complete as per the technical specification and as per directions and to the complete satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Cost includes each and every item mentioned above.) A) No of Bollards in Combination- 08 Bollards (in 1 Set)

The system shall consist of hydraulic automatic spike barrier made of galvanized steel . The spike should be of a nominal dia of 25mm, with spacing between spikes not more then 200 mm at an angle of 60 , suitable to work on 230V / 415V, 50Hz AC supply along with all other accessories like provision of Manual Operation during power off, Hydraulic Power Pack / Unit with accumulator, safety interlock detector and Control panel having incomer MCCB of suitable rating, control and logic circuit placed inside IP66 weather proof enclosure, with lock and key arrangement. Traffic lights shall be supplied to alert vehicle drivers of the Tyre Killer position. The enclose should be equipped with LED Light at the Top indicating serviceability of electric systems. Work includes all civil and electrical works such as excavation of existing Concrete / PQC / bitumen road, disposal of excavated material, fixing the Spike systems, concrete work and making good the same after installation of Spike arrestor, provision of Self priming sump pump of suitable rating to drain the accumulated water, supply & laying of cables in suitable HDPE/ DWC/ GI Pipes (upto 30 Meter) and interconnection, complete as per the technical specification and as per directions and to the complete satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. Supplying, installing and commissioning, Automated Electro mechanical Metal Boom Barrier, including barrier aluminium bar of minimum 6 mtr long (suitable upto 7 mtr) with mobile support, 24V DC motor with control unit in box, double built in LED flashing light, double spring to counter balance movement, provided with RFID reader & Photo cell, entire body of unit and all aluminium work finished in UV resistant epoxy powder coating in approved shade, all accessories such as gears and levers, encoder for obstacle detection, manual lock release feature by key, three station push button, pair of photocells with anodised aluminium vertical mounting, built in control panel & motor, key operated lever release system with a cover plate, rubber end plug for aluminium bar, barrier cabinet, barrier mounting base etc. Work include all the necessary minor civil work if required. Supply & laying of cables of suitable rating in suitable HDPE/ DWC/ GI Pipes (upto 30 Meter) and interconnection complete as per site requirement , technical specifications and as per directions and to the complete satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
