Supply and fixing double shutter doors as per drawing with Medium teak wood door frames of size 100x65 mm and flush door shutters, solid bond wood block board type with commercial ply on both faces 35 mm thick conforming to IS:2202 including cost of 6 Nos MS-Z Hold fasts-300 mm long of 40x40x5mm ISA, supplying and fixing Stainless Steel fixtures of 6 Nos Butt hinges (IS:12817) - 125 mm Long, 2 No Tower Bolt-10 mm Bolt (IS:15833) 250 mm Long, 1 No. Aldrop (IS:15834) 300 mm long, , 2 Nos. Door handles 150 mm , 1 No. aluminium flat latch - 300mm long, 2 Nos.Aluminium heavy duty Door Stoppers, 2 Nos.magnetic catchers including fixing the fixtures to door with required no. of screws, bolts and nuts including labour charges for making the frame and fixing the frame in position, fixing the shutter to the frame, fixing fixtures to the shutters including cost of overheads and contractor profit etc., complete for finished item of work as per APSS 1001 and 1002 in all floors.

Providing and fixing factory made solid Wood Polymer Composite (WPC) single extruded Door Frame section of 100*65 MM with encapsulation of 6 MM rigid layer on all external surfaces. The door frame will have a rebate of 32MM/ 37 MM. The two Vertical members are to be joined together with the horizontal member using 8x75 MM long MS Star full thread screws to be used with reverse forward speed control hand drilling machine. The ready/assembled door frame is fixed to wall using Z Hand fast 300 MM long hold fast and including Supplying and fixing of 28/30 mm thick Wood Plastic Composite (WPC) Door shutter, comprising of 70% virgin polymer, 15% wood powder (fibre), and the remaining 15% additives, comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58- 60 (Suspension grade), Calcium carbonate and natural fibres (wood powder) and nontoxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum door density of 650kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength 1800N (Face) & 900N (Edge), Modulus of Elasticity 900N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk SS screws , including Stainless Steel Aldrops (IS:15834) 200 mm long -1no, Tower Bolt-10 mm Bolt (IS:15833) 200 mm Long -1no , Door Handles 100 mm Long-2 no and 3 nos of butt hinges of 100mm including fixing the fixtures to door with required no. of screws, bolts and nuts including labour charges for fixing the frame in position, fixing the shutter to the frame, overheads & contractors profit etc., complete for finished item of work

Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6) nominal mix using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) (consisting of nominal size metal 60% of 20mm, 15% of 13.20/12.50mm, 15% of 10mm and 10% of 6mm) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate(river sand), coarse aggregate, water etc. to site, centering using Steel scaffolding pipes, jack Props, Wallers, Foot plates, brackets, steel Centering Plates, etc all charges for mixing, laying concrete in position, curing & lift charges and cost of overheads & contractors profit etc., complete for Bed Blocks for finished item of work. Plastering 12mm thick in two coats using river sand with base coat of 8mm thick in CM (1:6) and top coat of 4mm thick in CM (1:4) with dubara sponge finishing including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, river sand, water etc., to site, all operational, incidental charges on materials, cost of all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, scaffolding, lift charges, curing, cutting grooves as directed by Engineer - in - charge etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work. (SS 901,903 & 904)

Providing impervious coat to exposed RCC roof slab surfaces to required slopes with CM (1:3) prop. using screened sand 20mm thick (average) mixed with water proofing compound manufactured by reputed manufacturers as approved by Engineer-in-charge at 1 Kg per one bag of cement, laid over roof slab when it is green, finished smooth with a floating coat of neat cement and thread lining at regular intervals of 45cmx45cm including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, river sand , water proofing compound, water etc., to site, all operational, incidental, and labour charges for mixing mortar, laying, lift charges, rendering smooth and thread lining, curing, rounding off junctions of wall and slab etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work. Flooring with Non-skid red or white full body Ceramic floor tiles of size 600 x 600 mm and thickness between 8-10 mm 1st quality conforming to IS:15622 - 2017, IS:13630 (Parts 1 to 15) of any colour and finish in all shades and designs set over a base coat of CM (1:8) prop. 12mm thick including neat cement slurry of honey like consistancy spread at the rate of 3.3kg per sqm and filling the joints with white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade to match the shade of tiles over a bed of C.C. or R.C.C. slab, including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, river sand, water, ceramic tiles, white cement etc., to site (excluding cost of C.C. bed), cost of base coat and all labour charges for mixing of cement mortar, laying tiles to required slope as directed by the Engineer-in-charge curing etc., complete and cost of overheads and contractor profit for finished item of work.
