1. The final evaluation of the bids will be as per the formula, mentioned below : Total Score (Financial Bid) = 0.90 (Bid amount for up to 20 seats) + 0.10 (Bid amount for 21 to 30 seats). 2. The proposal obtaining the lowest total score, will be ranked as L1, followed by the proposals securing higher marks as L2 & L3 etc. 3. The rates quoted shall be firm, and inclusive of setting up costs of call centre like Hardware, Software, Salary and allowances, recruitment and training, staff insurance and others, housekeeping, AMC of hardware, software licences, up-gradation of software, equipment, printing and stationary, applicable taxes and duties, excluding Goods and Services Tax(GST). The GST will be paid by the State Health Society, Bihar (SHSB), as per the prevailing rates. 4. The price quoted in the financial bid, shall be valid for the entire duration of the contract. However, the successful bidder would be given 3% price escalation, every year after completion of one year, calculated from the date of actual functioning of call centre subject to satisfactory performance.
