Making of RCC foundation of the Pump Set cutting the RCC floor of the pump house upto the depth of 30cm and refilling it with the help of RCC mixture up to the suitable height of the suction line including the cost of plastering of newly made foundation

Supply of 3x10 sqmm PVC insulated and PVC sheathed flexible copper conductor unarmoured cable 1100 volts Make: Gloster/ Havells/ Grandley

Supply 4x25 sqmm Aluminium conductor armoured PVC cable 1.1 KV 660 x1100V Make Gloster/ Havells/ Grandley

Laying of 3x10sqmm copper conductor unarmoured cable on wall/surface etc as required at site DSR-2018 7.1.1

Laying of 4x25sqmm aluminium conductor armoured cable on wall/surface etc as required at site DSR-2018 7.1.1

Earthing of the electrical equipments by using suitable size of GI wire with the existing earth electrode DSR-2018 5.1

Supply and fixing of pressure gauge and vacuum gauge for suction and delivery side of the pump along with gauge cock GI/Copper tubing soldering etc as per requirement Make: - Feibig/H Guru.

Dismantling the existing structure & M S. flange welding in the suction/delivery pipe line by bring the welding set and gas cutter at site and making alignment of the suction and delivery line

Making of the RCC thrust block/supports in the suction and delivery pipe line MS specials, C.I. valves with all required civil work including plastering etc.

Providing and painting of the M.S. pipe lines, MS specials, C.I. valves with good quality enamel paint after the two coats of red oxide primer.

Installation, testing and commissioning of the pump set on foundation, laying and fixing M.S. pipe and Valves and fixing of the CI valves, laying of the copper cable connection of the motor, testing commissioning of the pump set on load/off load at site including cartage of material up to the site as per site requirement & direction of engineer in charge.
