Routine preventive maintenance of HP/LP ash water pumps, Booster pumps for Economizer Hoppers and connected equipment’s (One job means providing Un skilled labour in 03 shifts, each shift of 08 Hr. duration)

Cleaning & removal of dust, cobweb, grease/oil etc. from ash slurry pump HP/LP pump, Booster pumps for Economizer Hoppers GSW pump etc. & connected equipment’s like valves & lines inside the pump house and cross over system.

General upkeep of floors, walls and roof in ash slurry and ash water pump house, AHP control room, switch gear room, external cleaning of electrical panels etc. (Daily).

Removal of choking of sewage pipe / septic tank for proper flushing of sewage from toilets located in ash slurry and ash water pump house. (Once in a month).

Removal of choking at discharge grating of sump distribution pits in running condition of unit # 4 & 5.

Providing round the clock assistance in operation of systems/ site equipment’s & Routine preventive maintenance of Ash Slurry Pumps & GSW pumps etc. and connected equipment’s pertaining to ash slurry pump house of unit no. 4& 5 of 2x 500 M.W. ‘B’ TPS, Anpara (One job means providing round the clock assistance in 03 shifts, each shift of 08 hours duration)

Checking and servicing / replacement of Drive end (DE) and non-drive end (NDE) bearing of ash slurry pump

Replacement/refitting of set of V-belts of ash slurry pump. (06 Nos. per pump)

Dismantling & refitting of motor pulley/pump pulley of ash slurry pump
