Supplying & laying of one number PVC insulated, PVC sheathed armoured Aluminium conductor cable of size 3.5 core x 120sqmm size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required. (Confirming to I.S. - 1554/1/88). (I.S.I mark.) (Make- Havells/ Polycab/ Grandlay/ Rallison).

Supplying & laying of one number PVC insulated, PVC sheathed armoured Aluminium conductor cable of size 3.5 core x 120sqmm size on wall / surface / HDPE pipe etc as required. (Confirming to I.S. - 1554/1/88). (I.S.I mark.) (Make- Havells/ Polycab/ Grandlay/ Rallison).

Supplying & laying 180 mm dia HDPE pipe with all accessories inside the road including making the hole with boki, dressing / ramming the trench etc as required. ( pipe shall be ISI marked)

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 3½ X 120 sq. mm (45mm) size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium armoured conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Providing, fabricating and fixing M.S. iron frame fabricated with M.S. angle of size 50mm x 50mm x 6mm for resting the outdoor panel on ground with 1:3:6 concrete foundations including painting the framework etc. complete as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required

Supplying and Laying of 100 mm GI pipe with all accessories along the wall/ surface etc. as required.

Supplying and laying of 15 mm GI pipe for 6 SWG GI wire from earth pit to earth busbar with all accessories complete as required.

Supplying and fixing of copper earth bus of size 50 mm x 5 mm with suitable number of holes duly fixed on MS angle iron mounting etc. complete as required.

Supply and installation of SS enclosure for housing incomming MCCB 4P, of appropiate size with incomming and outgoing opening, suitable to accommodate upto 185sqmm, 3.5 core aluminium armoured cable,with louvers for heat dissipation and mounting hole for easy wall mounting.

Providing and making interconnections with the existing old panel board to the MCCB box with 25 sqmm ISI marked flexible copper flexible conductor with end terminations with copper lugs through flexible pvc pipe etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 250 A rating and 36kA breaking capacity, 4 pole MCCB with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required.
