OR-27-724 L076-SH-45 to Kurukuti under PMGSY IV (Batch-I)

BT Road : Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per MORD technical specification cluase 201.1. & direction of Engineer-in-charge (by manual means).

Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking theunserviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000m as per clause202.1of MORD specification for Rural roads & as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all leads and lifts, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 by mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 and as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 and as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing Grading III Material (As per IRCSP:77-2008)providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator and compacting with smooth wheel roller at OMC to achieve the desired density,complete as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 401 as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 of MoRD for low porosity surface. and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing laying spreading & compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kn weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintainance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406 .

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 of MoRD. and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing ,laying and rolling of Mix Seal Surfacing (MSS) close-graded premix surfacing materials of 20mm thickness composed of 11.2mm to 0.9mm (Type-A) or 13.2 mm to 0.9 mm (Typa-B) aggregates using penetration grade bitumen to required line ,grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base ,including mixing in a suitable plant ,laying and rolling with as three wheel 8-10KN static roller and finishing to required level and grades as per Techinical specification Clause 509.

Fine dressing &Turfing including transportation of turfs by mechanical means with all leads & lifts and placing of turfs in position and ramming with thapies including watering and cost of labour & all materials etc. complete as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.
