Note : rates are applicable up to 4 storey building.

Material and labour for two coats of white wash on wall surfaces including preparation of old surfaces complete all as specified and directed including complete removal of existing treatment.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness. (Below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 50mm thick plain cement concrete type C-1 1:3:6 (Using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in plinth protection finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete exc 15cm thick on any description and in any position (in sunken portion) not other wise specially provided for and removing all demolished material/debris exc 250m but n.exc 500m from the site and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:7:12 type F-2 using 40mm graded brick coarse aggregate as in sunken floor filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to SUNKEN PORTION and adjoining walls of kitchen. WC, Bath & Toilet, etc complete all as specified as under:- (a) 15 mm plaster in cement mortar (1:3) after roughning and cleaning the surface mixed with WP compound as per manufacturer’s instructions. (b) Apply cement slurry to the surface @ 0.488 kg /Sq. m of cement mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementious composite compound @ 0.253 kg/Sq. m and the surface will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (c) Apply another layer of cement slurry @ 0.242 kg/Sq. m of cement mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementious composite compound @ 0.126 Kg/Sq. m and the surface will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (d) Curing the sunken portion with water minimum for 48 Hrs by ponding. (e) Paste one layer of 3mm thick APP membranne with bitumen by torch application to the treated sunken surface over a coat of primer as per manufacturers instructions. (f) Joints/Traps/WC/soil pipes shall be properly sealed with approved sealing compound of make mentioned as specified.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match over & including 15 mm thick screed or bedding layer in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 350mm x 250mm x 7 mm/300mmx450mmx 7mm thick as in dado, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and grouted in white cement complete as on vertical surfaces over & including 10 mm thick screed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match over & including 15 mm thick screed or bedding layer in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 14-16 mm thick, baroda green marble, machine cut laid over & including 10mm thick average thicknesss) cement mortar 1:4 bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with grout of matching shade including moulding and all necessary cutting & and machine polishing (table rubbed and polished), as in on kitchen plateform, step, jambs, pillars and like complete all as specified and directed.

M&L machine cut kota stone slab on vertical/horizontal surface like floors, skirtings etc, 16-18mm thick, best quality, width and length as ordered over and including 15mm thick average thickness cement mortar 1:4 bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with grout of matching shade including moulding and all necessary cutting and machine polishing complete all as specified and directed.
