Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quions arches pillars etc but excluding ashlars facing,dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as directed.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles, laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls etc including rakingout joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete in foundation filling and mass concrete type D2 (1:4:8) using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregates in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones , bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like includinguding weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs pre-cast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates) for decorative ornamental railing/parapet post of size 150 mm X 150 mm at base and top and 100 mm dia at mid section, of height 630 mm, set in cement mortar 1:4 including taking down of existing old post complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of reinforcement work)

M & L brick work with sub class 'B' fly-ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L half brick with sub class 'B' fly-ash bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection/Paving etc, laid in alternate bays incl necessary joints and filled up as per SSR part-I, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of floors, etc finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in hard standing etc, laid in alternate bays incl necessary joints and filled up as per SSR part-I, surfaces finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-polished Chequred cement concrete tiles (coloured) of size 30cmx30cmx25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor and pointed with white/coloured cement & pigment to match the surface laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for designer cement concrete tiles of size 150 mm X 75 mm X 18-20 mm thick (with rainbow polymer based continuous tiles) as in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado, laid over and including 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:3, set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surfaces complete all as specified and directed. (MAKE: Ultra Tiles, Model: EDEN or equivalent model in other approved makes specified in tender)

M&L for designer cement concrete tiles of size 227 mm X 75 mm X 8-10 mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado, laid over and including 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:3, set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surfaces complete all as specified and directed. M&L for designer cement concrete tiles of size 230 mm X 80 mm X 8-10 mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado, laid over and including 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:3, set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surfaces complete all as specified and directed. M&L for designer cement concrete tiles of size 237 mm X 79 mm X 8-10 mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado, laid over and including 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:3, set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surfaces complete all as specified and directed. M&L for designer cement concrete tiles of size 150 mm X 150 mm X 8-10 mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado, laid over and including 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:3, set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surfaces complete all as specified and directed. M&L for designer cement concrete tiles, 18-20 mm thick, any size as directed, as in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shde of tiles, laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. (MAKE: Ultra Tiles, Model: ORBIT / POLKA or equivalent model in other approved makes specified in tender)

Supply and fixing machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size conforming to IS-15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade joined with grey cement and no pigment laid over and including 100 mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for heavy duty coloured ceramic floor tiles of size 300 x 300 x10mm thick in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade complete including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. (MAKE : JOHNSON, Model : ENDURA or equivalent model in other makes listed in the tender)

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) to fair faces of brick or concrete wall surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 20mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) in two layers (10mm thick each layer) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth (without using extra cement) and top layer mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately).

M&L for 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) to fair faces of concrete in ceiling, finished even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid Water Proofing Compound, conforming to IS and as approved, complete all as specified.

M&L preparing new Surfaces of Walls and applying Two Coats of Cement Base Paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 25mm thick precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) louvers and jallies including all moulding, set in cement mortar 1:4 fixed complete incl dismantling of existing louvers all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete, type B-1, 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates, as in window or dor cills, lintels, string courses, copings, columns, posts, boundary pillars etc, set in cement mortar 1:4 incl dismantling of existing structure complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: MS reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately)

M&L TMT Bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including crank-ing, bending and binding with and including Mild Steel Wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for TMT bars 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders cut to length , bent to shape required as in reinforcement and binding with MS wire ( annealed ) not less than 0.90 mm dia complete all as specified and directed .
