Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required.

a) Group C

Wiring for light/ power plug with 2X4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit alongwith 1 No 4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required.

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required.

a) 2 X 2.5 sq. mm + 1 X 2.5 sq. mm earth wire

b) 2 X 6 sq. mm + 1 X 6 sq. mm earth wire

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6 & 15/16 A modular socket outlet and 15/16 A modular switch, connections etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 3 pin, 5 A ceiling rose on the existing junction box/ wooden block including connections etc. as required.

Supplying of LED MS batten with decorative end cap complete with retrofit T8 polycarbonate Tube Make:- C&S, TARA -M/20W Cat. No.LTDC01220WLED/WD, 1x 20W MS white powder coated decorative LED T8 Batten with PC tube 20W- 4FT White/Bajaj/Havells /Philips/Crompton or equivalent complete with all accessories etc. as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of pre-wired, fluorescent fitting / compact fluorescent fitting of all types, complete with all accessories and tube/lamp etc. directly on ceiling/ wall, including connections with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthing etc. as required.

Supplying of 5 star rating AC ceiling fan 1200mm sweep Make :-ORIENT G of ISI standard/ Usha /Bajaj/Crompton/Khaitan/Havells or equivalent complete with all accessories etc. as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of ceiling fan, including wiring the down rods of standard length (upto 30 cm) with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing two module stepped type electronic fan regulator on the existing modular plate switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required.

Supplying of LED Bulkhead fitting Make:- Philips EnduraLED bulkhead Cat.No.WT202W LED6S NW PSU S2 PC /Havells/Bajaj/Crompton/C&S /Philips or equivalent complete with all accessories etc as required.

Supplying of 12 W LED slim surface mounted round LED panel aluminium die cast body with premium diffuser to ensure glare free & even distribution of light Make:- Havells COMET ROUND Code No.LHEAAVP7IL1W012, 12W LED 6000k/Bajaj/C&S/Crompton Greaves/Philips or equivalent complete with all accessories etc as required.

Installation ,Testing, Commissioning of wall bracket /ceiling fittings of all sizes and shapes containing upto two GLS/CFL/LED lamps per fitting, complete with all accessories including connections etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing following way, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator)

a) 8 way , Double door

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

a) Single pole

Supplying and fixing following rating, double pole, 240 V, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 4.00 mm dia copper wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with copper thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing and fixing 4.00 mm dia copper wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Supplying and fixing of SMC Sintex box of inside dimension 250mm x 200mm x 105mm Code No. GSJB-2520, with 01 No. cut-out 32A/240V etc. as required.
