M&L for removing for all loose concrete , plaster and other finishes of average thickness upto 50mm from columns slabs, beam, chajja and other single location incl removal of cover concrete to depth of 20mm beyond reinforcemnent and cleaning of concrete surface and de-resting if reenforcement by mechanical means and therafter cleaning expossed concrete surface using water jet all asspecified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing rust proof /anti corrosive treatment to bars :- (i) cleaning of all exposed bars (new & old) alround (ii) Apply a single coat of Alkaline rust converting primer on alround bars new & old as recommended by the manufactuer (iii) Apply two coats of Epoxy phenolic anti corrosive protective coat on bars alround new & old as recommended by the manufactuer. Note : Anti corrosive treatment shall be continuous espcially in the regions where pitting, imperfections, etc were present on the surface of the bars. It is important that the rear portions of re bars (those towards the concrete substrate) should not be left without coating.

M&L for Providing & Pouring Micro concreting M-40 grade :- (i) Dry concrete substrate surface and free of debris & dust (ii) Applying Epoxy bond coat on the sound concrete substrate using approved spray machine & ensuring that no pin holes are visible. (In case pin holes are still visible after a coat, a second coat shall be applied to ensure absence of pin holes). (iii) Immediately after application of epoxy bond coat as above pour Micro concreting M40 grade, Make : MasterEmaco S46T of BASF or equivalent FOSROC/SIKA using approved mixing machines/pumping under pressure via approved pneumatic pump at the locations to be repaired in RCC beams & columns etc,. Adding of aggregates will be permitted only as per manufacturer’s recommendation without compromising the strength. The rate shall include cost of all materials (except re-bar) labour charges for mixing, pouring concrete, cost of tools, lead & lift of materials, transportation etc., to carry out the complete work complete all as specified and directed. Note : The cost of micro concrete M-40 grade & Epoxy bond coat is inclueded in this item.

M&L for use & waste of form work using steel sheets , steel bracing, propping etc around structural members where micro concreting to be done and keeping form work in position till required specified period complete all as specified and directed. Note : Form work shall be 100% leak proof. For purpose of payment area in touch with concrete shall be measured.

M&L for chipping of spalled and loose concrete and cleaning rust from re-inforcement by sand brushing scrubing down concrete surfaces with wire brushes cleaning with water allowed to dry applying a layer of zinc rich epoxy primer as antirust on all exposed reinforcement followed by a layer of bonding coat of a layer of epoxy adehessive on complete exposed surfaces of concrete and provide guniting in two layers over steel welded mesh 2 mm dia of wire and total aperture 75 mm, thickness of gunite n.exc 25 mm thick (average thickness) using cement mortar 1 :3 with OPC 43 grade cement mixed with polycrete admixture @ 2 % by wight of cement or as per manufactures instructions and finally applying cement plaster over gunite surfaces of required thickness to give an even uniform and smooth finish conforming to proper Geometrics in cement mortar 1:4 to match with the existing surface as in side and soffits of slabs,chajjas,fins,facias ,parapets ,columns and beams etc complete including necessary scaffolding ,shuttering necessary chased to brick work or RCC members at any height upto four storey buildings incl removing of small trees shrubs etc all as specified(Note: steel welded mesh to be welded with the existing reinforcement. The cost of welded meshis to be welded with the existing re-inforcement is deemed to be included in the quoted rate complete all as specified and directed.

Impregnating cream for injection into masonry or concrete wall 230 mm thick against capilary rising humidity. Rising bar super strong (Product no. 201) of chowgale building chemicals or equivalent pidlite/Drfixit/sika/phosrock complete all as specified and directed. Method of Applicaion Methodology (a) The surface must be sound, absorbent, clean, free of dust, oil, paint, curing agents, loose cement or lime plaster & concrete, debris, or any separation layers. (b) The plaster must be knocked off at least 50 cm beyond the visibly penetrated area. (c) Damaged mortar joints are to be scraped out to a depth of approximately 2-3 cm. All sharp edges/joints need to be levelled ; loose concrete to be removed. (d) Drill boreholes at ground level horizontally. The boreholes are drilled horizontal into the masonry. (e) The holes should be drilled until a depth of approx 5 cm (for a 6cm thick wall) before the end of the wall is reached. The boreholes hould have a diameter of 12mm upto a maximum of 15mm and should be spaced approx. 100 to 120mm apart and the vertical offset is 6 cm max. (f) Before inserting RisingBar Super Strong or equivalent the boreholes must be cleaned from boring dust by using air pressure. It is not necessary to pre-wet the borehole. (g) For applying of RisingBar Super Strong or equivalent the dosing system inserted as far as possible into the borehole. While dosing the product uniformly, the injection nozzle is pulled out leading to a completely filled borehole (h) Treatment of highly absorbent masonry might require repeated filling of the borehole. Depending upon extent of damage, RisingBar Super Strong or equivalent can be re-injected into the same hole after 24 hours. Depending on absorbency, application or masonry thickness 0.1 to 0.15 litre/m with 10 cm wall thickness.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in roof floor (other than ground floors) beams staircase, landing chajja, facia and similar work complete all as specified.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from external surfaces of wall by mechanised sander of Berger paints or equivalent makes viz Xpress sanding machine having suction vaccum bag or by manual scrapping tools where mechanical removal is not possible complete all as specified and all as directed by Engineer in charge and M&L preparing old wall surfaces and applying 2 mm thick (average) wall care putty on external surfaces of wall for preparing the surface even and smooth and two coats of cement base paint with one coat primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down ceiling fan any make from ceiling carefully, cleaning to remove any type of sticky dust with cleaning material as required and re-fixing in its original / desired location with necessary connection incl provision of cable from ceiling rose to connector of fan after repairing, greasing, oiling, replacement of minor items such as pins, nut bolts, flexible wire etc incl spray painting with synthetic enamel paint in white colour complete all as specified & directed

M&L for perforated type GI cable tray 300mmx40x40x2mm thick complete with all fittings incl laying of existing cable any type/ size on cable trey complete all as specified and directed

M&L PVC casing caping of width 20mm, ISI marked including all accessories bend, tee etc incl proper laying/ fixing of existing wire/ cable of any type inside casing caping complete all as directed.
