Dismantling of cross arms, fabricated from mild steel structural section of any type and size, bolts, nuts etc from existing position and keeping at site for repair / replacement all as directed.

Supply and errecting in true vertical position steel tubular swaged poles 11 metre long complete with MS base plate, MS pole cap, bolts nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55 including painting of poles with black bitumenous paint throughout the length internally and outside upto planting depth and remaining portion with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer, including painting of 05 Nos. bands / strips of 30 cm wide each with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (black & yellow) at a distance of 30 cm from plinth block upto 1500 mm height and marking / sign writing of pole number and feeders locations of pole with synthetic enamel paint (white) complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation & earth work and PCC fondation shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggrregate) as in foundation for poles, mass concrete including necessary form work complete all as specified.

Supply and laying GI steel tubing, 80mm bore, light grade with all fittings, laid in trenches / under roads / along pole / wall for protection of Cable / GI wire / GI strip etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces and painting to steel tubular poles of any height 9/11/13 metre, any type (double swan / single swan) with two coats of synthetic enamel paint upto 1.5 m height above from ground level (in yellow and black strips of 30 cm wide each) and applying two coats of aluminium paint above 1.5 m height of poles incl painting on cross arms, bracing, clamps etc and writing pole number with black synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces and painting to 4 pole structure PCC/Steel poles of any height 9/11/13 metre, any type (double swan / single swan) with two coats of synthetic enamel paint upto 1.5 m height above from ground level (in yellow and black strips of 30 cm wide each) and applying two coats of aluminium paint above 1.5 m height of poles and cross arms, bracing, clamps, chanels etc and writing pole number with black synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for preparing old painted surface of distribution / power transformer outdoor / indoor / pole mounted of capacity 300 to 500 KVA by cleaning, removing the old paint by scratching with wire brush etc and applying with spray machine two coats of synthetic enamel paint of grey colour on external surfaces of the transformer and writing of letter HT / LT or HV / LV and SM / MES Nos including disconnecting and making electric connections complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The compressure / spray machine and other required necessary equipments shall be arranged by the contractor and quoted rates shall be inclusive of this aspect.

Material & labour for scrapping and removing of old paint, cleaning and preparation of surfaces of iron angle / chanel structure for 66 KV Grid at Old Cantt Amritsar and painting with 1st quality synthetic enameled aluminium paint two coats including cleaning / greasing insulators / LA / SF6 / CT / PT etc and checking loose connections complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for scrapping and removing of old paint, cleaning and preparation of surfaces of VCB for 66/11 KV Grid at Old Cantt Amritsar and painting with 1st quality synthetic enameled paint two coats with spray machine including checking loose connections complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil not exceeding 1.50 m wide and not exceeding 1.50 m in depth for foundation of poles, stay, cable, pipes etc and getting out complete all as specified.

All as per Srl Item No 41.00 here-in-before but exceeding 1.5m and not exceeding in depth.

Returning, filling, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each complete all as specified.

Removal of surplus spoil to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with a layer of fine sand 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying the cable in trenches to cover under ground cable complete all as specified and directed. Note :-Punned down thickness of sand shall be considered for measurement)

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover factory made, class HV, type I flat of size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Trimming of trees / branches from HT / LT poles clearing 2 metre horizontal on either side and 2 metre vertical distance from top of pole including removal of cut trees branches from site complete all as directed. Note:- Each Unit consisting of any number of wire/conductor shall be meaured as 'One Unit of Running Metre'.

Material & labour danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick, mild steel sheet, 25 x 20 cm for HT poles, vitreous enamelled white with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones, in signal red colour, fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of suitable size as approved complete all as directed at site.

Material & labour for cable / feeder indication plate, for HT/LT 25 x 20 cm, made of 2 mm thick mild steel sheet, applying with two coats of black pait over one coat of red oxide and writing, vitreous enamelled white with letters, fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of suitable size as approved complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing HT cable route indicator of cast iron not less than 100mm dia fixed through welding angle iron support of size 35 mm x 35 mm x 5 mm thick, 50 cm long including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer along HT trench including planting in ground with PCC (1:3:6) type C1 of size 30 cm x 30 cm x 60 cm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fill up silica gel in different capacity of transformer breathers complete all as specified.

Material & labour for copper winding wire of any size/description suitable for step down power transformer of any capacity, including winding of coils (HT/LT) as per the manufacturers design & specification to obtain rated KVA complete all as specified.

Supplying and fixing aluminium strip 40x6mm, fixing with screws, including making holes for cable/thimbles as required complete all as specified.

Dehydration and filtering the transformer oil with dehydration machine to achieve dielectric strength of the oil to 40 KV at 2.5 mm gap complete all as specified and directed . Note:- Dehydration machine and other necessary equipments required shall be arranged by the contractor and quoted rates shall be inclusive of this aspect.

Supply and filling for topping up transformer oil in the transformer after dehydration with dehydration machine to achiene dielectric strength of oil to 40 KV at 2.5mm gap complete all as specified.

Opening up the top cover of the transformer by taking out the transformer oil in a separate container after disconnecting / taking out the HT/LT side electric connections from both the primary & secondary side of the transformer of any type / description (indoor / outdoor type ) installed on floor/pole for carrying out necessary repair / rewinding to HT/LT side or any other repair as required after shifting the transformer to contractor's work shop including taking out complete core assembly, Magger the winding for identifying the fault/defective winding, seggregating the defective winding portion/taking out, cleaning the laminated core rewinding with appropriate gauge winding wire of existing description for transformer of capacity 50 to 160 KVA including assembling & testing on completion & installation the same at the site all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Winding of coil and spares required as per repair shall be measured and paid separately under respective item. (ii) The transpotation charges and taking down/taking up of transformer are inclusive in the quoted rates. (iii) The cost for the dehydration of transformer oil if reqd shall be measured & paid separately. (iv) The cost of insulation material such as paper, cotton tape , latheroid sheet , casl sheet etc are inclusive in the quoted rate.

All as per Srl Item No 56.00 here-in-before but capacity 200 to 500 KVA.

Opening up the top cover of the transformer by taking out the transformer oil in a separate container after disconnecting/taking out the HT/LT side electric connections from both the primary & secondary side of the transformer of any type/ description ( indoor/outdoor type ) installed on four pole for carrying out necessary repair/replacement of HT/LT side bushes or any other repair as required for transformer of capacity 50 to 500 KVA including assembling & testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Servicing of transformer 66/11 KV incomer panel (Indoor) and taking out the defective / burnt out parts, replacment with new spare parts and assembling complete including testing all as specified and directed. Note:-The cost of the spare parts will be paid and measured and separately under the respective items

Servicing of 66 KV SF6 circuit breaker out door type including minor repair of parts, greasing, gas recharging etc complete testing all as specified and directed.

Servicing of GOD switch of any type, capacity including tightening of nuts, bolts, insulators, fitments of moveable parts, greasing, oiling etc complete testing all as specified and directed.

Servicing of Vaccum circuit breaker and taking out the defective /burnt out parts, replacment with new spare parts and assembling complete, oiling, greassing of complete vaccum circuit breaker and testing complete all as specified and directed at site . Note:-The cost of the spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under Srl Item Nos 74 to 84 here-in-after.

Material & labour for Air breather assy complete with fresh blue colour silcagel suitable for indoor/outdoor type transformer capacity 50 to 160 KVA complete all as specified.

Note:- (i) All T&P required for boring hole and other connected work shall be arranged by the contractor and cost thereof shall be inclusive in the quoted unit rate. (ii) The cost of excavation & earth work shall be included in the quoted rates. (iii) On testing, after completion, if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing will be redone at no extra cost and quoted rates shall be to include this aspect.

Material and labour for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm, 6mm thick, burried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of the earth plate to a depth not lesss than 1.5 meter below the ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick layers of common salt and charcoal dust starting from ground below 15 cm of earth plate and up to 15 cm above the same, GI plate connected with galvanised iron earth lead wire of 4mm dia by means of GI nuts, bolts and washers, wire laid in 15mm dia light grade GI pipe as protection from top of the plate up to test point (cost of protection pipe up to 7.5 meters from earth electrode will be included in the rates quoted by the contractor) with following:- (a) Test point of GI strip of size 32mmx6mm. (b) Watering pipe of GI pipe light grade 20mm bore from top of the earth electrode up to MS funnel with wire mesh embeded in floor of PCC earth pit.
