Dismantling the existing damaged ACC sheet roof without any damage and stacking the good one carefully for reuse, as per the direction of site engineer including cost of all materials lead, lift etc., complete as per standard specifications.

Dismantling the heavily damaged GCI Sheet without any damage and stacking the good one carefully for reuse, as per the direction of site engineer including cost of all materials lead, lift etc., complete as per standard specifications

Providing pre painted Alum-Zinc sheet (galvalume) 0.47mm thickness of standard make and quality for roofing & cladding,laying over structual profile, positioning,fastening to the frame work with required suitable screws where ever necessary including cost of all materials,labour charges ,leads,lifts,etc complete.

Supplying and fixing in position of new Aulimum plain sheet 0.4 mm thick for rain water gutter including cost of all materials, lead, lift labour charges etc., complete.

Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing Hilux (or) Equivalent Board False ceiling upto a ceiling height of 4.5m from floor level including dismantling the heavily damaged Aluminium thermocol false ceiling including cost of all materials, lead, lift labour charges etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing prepainted box section M.S steel purlins of required sizes for fixing galvalume sheet including cost of all materials,labour charges ,leads,lifts,etc complete.

Painting two coats with ready mixed plastic emulsion of first class quality paint and of approved colour over a priming coat, inculding thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, etc., complete and including nessary plaster of paris, putty whever required as per standard specifications.

Brick work in C.M 1:5 using II class chamber burnt bricks including cost of all materials, lead, lift, curing, etc… Complete as per Standard specifications.

Plastering in CM 1:5, 12mm thick including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour charges, curing etc., complete as per standard specifications.

Colour washing two coats with acrylic distermper to the wall surface with approved quality and colour after thorough scraping, cleaning with soap,soda etc., including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing MDF Board /particle board or its equivalent grade of 12mm thick prelaminated on both sides in the existing aluminnium partition wall including cost of all materials, labour, lead and lift etc complete.
