SCHEDULE 'A' - PART I (MAINTENANCE)

Comprehensive Maintenance and repairs of electriclly operated lifts of ECE Make 07 Nos at CGRA Thalkancherry including renewal/replacement of defective parts of Automatic Rescue device and over load warning device with a capacity of 10 passengers lift , 680 kg each-07 Nos for 6 stops/6 landings ,1.0 metre/Sec ,single speed single push button control system with micro processor control system with collectve control scheduled in Appx A by carrying out periodical checks , repairs and testing as per Proforma no :01 to 05 as recommended by the manufacturer to ensure smooth functioning and efficient operation including fixing only for the items mentioned below in schedule A part II ..

Comprehensive Maintenance and repairs of electriclly operated lifts of ECE Make 2000 KG capacity Goods Lift ,07 Nos at CGRA Thalkancherry including renewal/replacement of defective parts of Automatic Rescue device and over load warning device with 2000 kg each-07 Nos for 6 stops/6 landings ,0.50 metre/Sec ,single speed single push button control system with micro processor control system with collectve control scheduled in Appx A by carrying out periodical checks , repairs and testing as per Proforma no :01 to 05 as recommended by the manufacturer to ensure smooth functioning and efficient operation including fixing only for the items mentioned below in schedule A part II ..

Note for item No 2 and 3: (i) The contractor is required to enter into MOU with the lift manufacturer (or) with any OEM having registered with "Govt of tamilnadu Electrical Inspectorate " having valid license and shall submit the same within 15 days form commencement of work. (ii) The spares/electrical items as listed in Schedule A Part-II shall be used whenever required only and measured and paid seperately under respective items. (iii) The rate quoted by the contractor above is inclusive of all items required at site except those items given in Sch A Part II and to keep the lift operational round the clock including cleaning and greasing of all moving parts on monthly basis all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (iv) If spare parts of original make is not available in the market ,necessary equivalent suitable spare to existing lift part as approved by the department shall be used in the work for smooth running of lifts. (v) Cost of renewal of lift license from Lift Inspector ,Govt of Tamil Nadu is deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the tenderer for item no :2 and 3 mentioned above.

SCHEDULE 'A' - PART III

Taking down Main motor 3 phase 380 Volts, up to 09 KW, 1300/325 RPM and Material and labour for rewinding the same using suitable gauge of copper winding wire and all insulation item including varnishing drying and refixing of AME at site testing and incluing replacement of any minor parts if necessary including fixing of new nuts and bolts for foundation etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Main motor 3 pohase 380 Volts, up to 15 KW, 1300/325 RPMand Material and labour for rewinding the same using suitable gauge of copper winding wire and all insulation item including varnishing drying and refixing of AME at site testing and incluing replacement of any minor parts if necessary including fixing of new nuts and bolts for foundation etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cabin fan single phase, 230Volts and Material and labour for rewindingthe same using suitable gauge of copper winding wire and all insulation item including varnishing, drying and refixing of fan in lift cabin and testingcomplete all as specified and as directed.

Rewinding of break coil including opening and cutting old brunt out winding and Material and labour for rewindingthe same using suitable gauge of copper winding wire and all insulation item including varnishing, drying and refixing in same position and testingcomplete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 10 watt (2') Tube light fitting. Make: havells Cat No: ENDURALINARNEARNEOBS10WLED 865 SPCWH or equivalent of philips, CG etc.
