Running and Operation of VRF System (ODUs and IDUs) by deploying 1 nos. Technician cum operator in each shift (Total two shift i,e 6 AM to 2 PM & 2 PM to 10 PM) and 1 no. Khallasi in each shift (Total two shift i,e 6 AM to 2 PM & 2 PM to 10 PM) for general maintenance and troubleshooting etc. complete as required. Details of installations of VRF System are given in Annexure-A & B. Schedule of routine and preventive maintenance is given in Annexure-C.
Comprehensive Maintenance of VRF Air Conditioning system including routine, preventive and breakdown maintenance etc. as per additional conditions attached. Details of installations are given in Annexure ‘A’ & B schedule of routine & preventive maintenance is given is Annexure ‘C’.
