Providing and fixing of 4 port bed head service console units in different ward bays of first and second floor ward with the following mountings. a. 04No. Gas port PB type and American standard for; i. 02 for oxygen. ii. 02 for vacuum.

Providing and fitting of copper pipes used will be solid drawn, seamless, deoxidized non arsenical, half hard, tempered and degreased, manufactured as per EN 1057 part, table-X of 1971 and chemical composition as per BS-6017 of 1981, table 2,Cu-DHP, Kite Marked.

12mm OD x 1mm thick.

Providing and fitting of U shaped 20mm OD stainless steel stand for fitting of 4 ports medical gas bed head service console on dividers and buffer walls. The job includes providing, fitting arms of U stand in drilled holes of suitable diameter in granite and RCC of buffer walls and fixing of stand by way of applying adhesive, bracket shoe superior quality of araldite around the stand in the holes, the two arms in the granite and RCC holes should be covered up by stainless steel escutcheon cups as well the job includes providing and fitting of 4-5mm thick stainless steel/aluminium back cover plate on service console which will be screwed, bolted to the back cover plates on the bed head service console which will be screwed and bolted to the SS stand to give the service console rugged fitting on the buffer walls/dividers.
