Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Synthetic Enamel Paint of required shade. One or more coats applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 Per Square meter where ever required on old work applied @0.75 ltr/10 Per Square meter of approved brand and manufacture as directed by Engineer-in-charge within all leads and lifts.

Painting Masonry walls with Deluxe Multi Surface Synthetic Enamel Paint of required shade. One or more coats applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 Per Square meter over an under coat of primer where ever required on old work applied @0.75 ltr/10 Per Square meter of approved brand and manufacture as directed by Engineer-in-charge within all leads and lifts.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. One or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 Per Square meter over an under coat of primer applied where required @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 Per Square meter of approved brand and manufacture as directed by Engineer-in-charge within all leads and lifts.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper by washing and scraping and sand papering the wall surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches complete including carriage of material in all leads and lifts as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface 1 mm thick after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 1.50 mm thick pvc/rubber tiles flooring (L.G. Make) plain, coloured. corbed or mosaic or mattled finish, laid with approved adhesive on sub floor damp proofing treetment(to be measured separately)for payment including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing HDF Decorative lamimnate core board flooring AC 4 Class 32,8 mm thick of kemo original or equivalent placed over cushion of 2 mm thick expended polethene foam olus 100 micronthick polethene sheet underlay 045 beech west including border of required shade and colour complete in all respects as desired by Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type water closet (European type) with seat and lid, 10 litre low level white vitreous china flushing cistern & C.P. flush bend with fittings & C.I. brackets, 40 mm flush bend, overflow arrangement with specials of standard make and mosquito proof coupling of approved municipal design complete, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required :W.C. pan with ISI marked white solid plastic seat and lid
