Earth work excavation for foundation in all class of soils except hard rock requiring blasting but shoring shuttering and baling out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of the foundation with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surpous earth in all palces shown by the departmental officers with initial lead and lift etc including levelling the site etc., complete with standard specification in hard stiff cllay, stiff black cotton soil, hard fred earth, shale murums, gravel stoney earth, and earth mixed with 50% fair sized boulders, and hard gravelly soil in foundation.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement, five sand, and Ten hard broken stone) Using 40mm ISS size Hand Broken granite stone Jelly for Foundation and Flooring including labour charges for mixing concrete watering and laying the concrete in layers not more than 15 cms thick compacting etc complete complying with standard specification etc complete.

Supplying and erection centering for sides and soffits inculding necessary supports and structing for plain surfaces such as RCC Slab,Lintel,Beam coloum,sunshade etc complete.,

Reinforcement cement concrete 1:1.5:3 mix using 20mm graded HBG metal including all cost and conveyance of materials and labour charges etc., complete

Brick work in CM 1:5 mix using country bricks including all cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc., complete

Supplying and Fabrication and placing in position MS steel or ribbed for steel for all reinforced cement concrete works as per the design give including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc complete complying with standard specification

Ceiling plastering With 10mm thick with CM 1:3 mix including all cost and conveyance of all material and all labour charges etc complete

Plastering 12mm thick with CM 1:5 mix including all cost and conveyance of all material to site and labour charges etc. complete

Weathering course with broken brick jeely for 20 mm size mixed with pure slacked lime (no sand to be used) in proposation of 32:12.5 cft to proper gradient,well beation with wooden beaters etc

Finishing the top of roof with one course of Machine pressed tiles of size 23x23x2cm in 1:3 12mm thick using WCC

Supply and fixing of steel door (0.90x2.10m)

Supply and fixing of steel Window (1.20x1.30m)

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.
