Clearing light jungle area, bulb weeds, grass including cutting all unwanted plants, branches, twigs, wild growth etc. complete, and disposing the same 100 metres away manually or burning them without disturbing other areas etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Contractor must be informed to Engineer-in-charge and prior permission shall be obtained from him for burning the wild growth.

Cutting and Filling all types of trees including cutting of trunks, branches and removing the roots and stacking of serviceable wood materials at places specified with a lead of 200m, disposal of unserviceable materials including filling the pits and depressions with excavated earth complete for trees of girth mentioned below complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Girth beyond 60cm, up to and including 120cm, measured at 0.5m above ground level

All kinds of soil with depth upto 1.5m below average Ground level and disposing surplus excavated earth upto a lead of 1Km.

All kinds of soil with depth exceeding 1.5m but not exceeding 3m below average Ground level and disposing surplus excavated earth upto a lead of 1Km.

All kinds of soil with depth exceeding 3m but not exceeding 4.5m below average Ground level and disposing surplus excavated earth upto a lead of 1Km.

All kinds of soil with depth exceeding 4.5m but not exceeding 6m below average Ground level and disposing surplus excavated earth upto a lead of 1Km.

Extra Close timbering over areas including strutting, shoring and packing cavities (wherever required) etc.., all as per drawing / specification and as directed by Engineer In Charge. (Measurements to be taken of the face area timbered):

Supply, fixing and laying bi-axial geo-grids of tensile stength minimum 20kN/m, stiching as per specification at junction, Leveling and laying at site as per drawing and direction by Engineer-in-charge. The required testing for qualification will be carried out by the contractor at his cost. (Payment will be made as per actual measurement at site, laps will also be measured for payment)

Providing gravel/murram backing/filling 75mm thick (consolidated thickness) for underfloor/plinth beam or as specified by Engineer, including spreading gravel in uniform layers, watering, ramming, consolidating by hand/mechanical roller, dressing the top surface to the required level complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 of MoRT&H specifications for Grading-I material (4th Revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and injecting with approved quality chemical emulsion at the rates and concentrations as per IS 6313-2001 Part II for preconstructional anti termite treatment and creating a chemical barir under and alrond the masonry pits, masonry foundations, wall trenches, plinth filling, junctions of wall and floor, expansion joints, surfaces of RCC works for a depth of min. 500mm from the finished ground level, surrounding of pipes, conduits etc., walls retaining soil above floor level, apron and drain along the perimetr of the building including all byeworks complete as per specification/IS 6313:2001 and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Only ground floor plinth area of the building will be measured for the payment in the following three stages. i) 20% after completeion of the foundations i) 50% after completion of the ground floor flooring iii) 30% after completion of all treatment works including ground floor doors & windows. Work ot be executed by M/s Pest Control (India) or any other approved agency and specified guarantee for 6 (six) years shall be furnished b the tenderer. Payment will be cleared only after submission of Guarantee.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete M20 grade using 300 kg/cum of PPC, 20mm maximum size graded aggregates and washed crushed stone sand including mechanical mixing, transporting and placing in required position, ramming, compaction, levelling, curing, shuttering, dewatering if any, complete all as per specification for levelling courses in foundation for walls, footings, floor drains etc., encasing pipes and other required works directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as per specifications. Dosage of PCE based admixture as per workability requirment at site conditions. Note: 1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Polycarboxylate ether (PCE) based chemical admixture confirming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility. 2. Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the Contractor. 3. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using minimum cement per cu.m. of concrete mentioned below for relevant grade of concrete. Any upward/ downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate of cement specified in Schedule F.

Providing and laying cast insitu controlled reinforced cement concrete of specified grade at all levels and lifts mentioned below using 20mm maximum size hard granite machine washed crushed graded stone aggregates and washed crushed stone sand including testings as per QAP, weigh batching, charges for mixing & cost of admixture, mechanical mixing, transporting and placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidating, 14 days curing and finishing smooth of all exposed faces complete for column footing, columns, lintels, sunshades, gutter slabs, beams, slabs, water tank, machine foundation and all other structural elements including dewatering wherever necessary (Formwork and reinforcement will be paid for separately) all as per specification and all as shown in drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for all insitu item. Note: 1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. Polycarboxylate ether (PCE) based chemical admixture confirming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from engineer-in-charge shall be obtained for dosage and compatibility. 2. Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the Contractor. 3. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using minimum cement per cu.m. of concrete mentioned below for relevant grade of concrete. Manufacturing, supplying, hoisting and fixing in position at all lifts, precast units of various patterns and sizes for precast plain solid units, slabs, exhaust fan moulds etc., in reinforced cement concrete of 1:2:4, using 20mm and below machine crushed graded stone aggregate including weigh batching, mechanical mixing, casting, vibrating, finishing of exposed faces, curing, necessary formwork & moulds, transporting and placing at all lifts, preparation of connections, grouting with cement mortar/cement grout wherever needed excluding steel reinforcement complete all as per drawing, specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at all levels, centering and shuttering to correct line and levels including strutting, propping, etc., with necessary bracings in all axes to give a stable assembly with provision for making the joints in the shuttering fully leak proof and with provision for fixing coil nuts with tie rods along with suitable channel for lateral supports and for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixture, including staging, access and working platforms etc., all complete as specified and directed including dismantling and removing the aforesaid assembly after the concrete attains the sufficient strength to self-support itself without cracking and distortion all as per specification, including all materials and labour complete in all respects at all lifts. The measurement for the formwork will be the actual area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces. Shuttering with plywood panels alone will be permitted.

Providing straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, cutting, binding and fixing in position steel reinforcement TMT bars of Fe500D grade steel conforming to IS:1786 and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia in all reinforced cement concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying and fixing the spacer/cover blocks and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all lifts. Note: The rate shall be including the cost and testing of reinforcement steel at thrid party NABL lab. The reinforcement steel will be procured from dealers with a test certificate as approved by the department. Providing, supplying, cutting, bending to shape, welding, fabricating, hoisting, placing and fixing in position structural steel members like MS structural embedment's/pipe and sleeves/penetration etc. Using MS angles, channels, I-sections, plates, tees, flats, rounds, square sections etc. including chamfering and rounding off the edges, applying a coat of Red lead paint primer / Zinc chromate primer of approved make and 2 coats of flat oil paint / sythetic enamel paint of approved colour and make, scaffolding and staging required for fabrication as well as erection complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Lifting device arrangements if any required also arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Providing Structural steel work in M.S plain plates and chequrred Plates in Embedded Parts, Trench Covers, Connection plates etc. including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved zinc chromate steel primer etc. including cost of structural steel Plates, welding all labour charges etc. complete as per drawings and specifications. Structral steel plates to be used shall be of approved make.

Supplying, providing and laying Cement Concrete block masonry using solid concrete blocks of size 400 x 200 x 100mm manufactured as per IS : 2185 (Density not less than 1800 kg/cu.m) of grade N/5 using 20mm down graded aggregates in basement & superstructure at all elevations in cement mortar 1:5 including mixing mortar, hacking closely concrete surface, laying blocks, raking joints, curing etc., with all materials, scaffolding, labour, tools etc., all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Reinforcement if provided will be measured and paid under relevant item.

Providing and laying Cement Concrete partition walls 100mm. thick at various elevations using solid concrete blocks manufactured as per IS : 2185 (Density not less than 1800 kg / cu.m) of grade N/5 using 20mm down graded aggregates in cement mortar 1 : 4 with reinforcement at every fourth layer including mixing, laying blocks, hacking closely concrete surface, raking joints, curing etc., with all materials, scaffolding, labour, tools, etc., all complete as per drawings, specification and as directed by the Engineer. Reinforcement will be measured and paid under relevant item.

Providing plastering to the external surfaces of brickwork / blockwork / concrete at all elevations in cement (PPC) mortar 1:4 using washed cruhed stone sand, 20 mm thick in two layers, base layer 12 mm thick and a top layer 8 mm thick finished rough with sponge. including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, all as per specifications.

Providing plastering to the internal surfaces of brickwork /block work at all elevations in (PPC) cement mortar 1:4 using washed crushed stone sand, 12mm thick including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, all as per specifications.

Providing 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand)using Portland Pozzolona cement with content of flyash minimun 15% to ceiling of slabs, chajjas including drip course, bands, beams, columns, loft slabs, staircases, and any other location at all heights wherever required with all bye works dabbing, curing, scaffolding, etc.,complete at all heights and levels as per specification and drawings.

Providing and applying painting Two coats at all levels with Interior grade Acrylic emulsion paint (approved brand, colour and manufacturer) confirming IS : 5411 Part I & II at all elevation to give an even shade including one under coat of suitable primer, applying putty, preparation of the surfaces, grinding, removing laitance, cement slurry, formoil, foreign matter etc., scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Rate includes filling all voids/pinholes in concrete by cement mortar touch up work / minor plastering.

Providing and applying painting Two coats at all levels with Exterior grade Acrylic emulsion paint (approved brand, colour and manufacturer) confirming IS : 5411 Part I & II at all elevation to give an even shade including one under coat of suitable primer, applying putty, preparation of the surfaces grinding,removing laitance,cement slurry ,formoil, foreign matter etc., scaffolding complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Rate includes filling all voids/pinholes in concrete by cement mortar touch up work / minor plastering.

Providing and applying two or more coats of 250 micons Acid/alkali resistant paint conforming to IS:9862 of approved brand and colour to ceiling and walls , including supplying of all materials, preparartion of surface to receive paint, providing and applying bitumen primer conforming to IS :158, labour, materials, scaffolding,etc., complete all as per manufacturers recommendations and as approved by EIC, at all elevations, complete as per specifications.

Providing and applying painting Two coats on wood work and other required internal surface at all levels with Synthetic enamel paint (Asian or approved brand, colour and manufacturer) to given an even shade including preparation of the surface, scaffolding complete all as specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing F3 finish over concrete surface in cement mortar 1:1.5 (1 part cement : 1.5 part fine sand) including wetting the surface, labours, curing, all materials, scaffolding, at all elevations complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying roof insulation for buildings as specified inclusive of surface preparation, labour, tools, equipment, material etc., all complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge,consisting of the following a) Applying 40-50mm varying thickness of screed concrete in M25 to required slope and grading in suitable panels after surface preparation. b) Applying one bituminous layer. c) Laying 50mm thick pre-cast light weight foam concrete blocks. d) Laying 40mm thick in situ spraying of Polyurethane foam concrete. e) Applying bituminous primer at 0.25 ltr / sqm. and Laying two layers of APP ( Atactic Polypropylene) membrane for water proofing. f) Painting one coat of reflective paint over the above layer.

Providing and laying Damp proof course over brick masonry wall at basement level in cement mortar 1:3, 25mm thick mixing with crude oil at the rate of 5% by weight of cement including curing finishing etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, mixing and caulking areas at and around penetrations, Embedded Parts, construction joints, expansion joints and at locations as specified in the drawings, including preparation of surfaces and edges, applying appropriate primer, backstop, Tape, masking tapes, supply of necessary tools, equipment, scaffolding, manpower etc. all complete as per specifications drawings and as directed by the Engineer In-charge using

Supplying, providing, fixing, approved High density expanded polystyrene foam filler as a back stop material with adhesive to concrete and masonry surface for expansion / separation joints of the following thickness at all elevations as per drawings and specifications. Providing and laying polished Kota stone for flooring & Skirting of required size as specified colour, free from cracks, fissures & flakes with straight edges & perfect corners laid at right angles as per pattern over a bedding of cement mortar 1:4, 20mm thick (or backing of cement mortar 1:3, 12mm thick as mentioned below) pointed neatly with white cement mixed with coloring pigment to match colour of slab and finished in all respects, including machine / hand cutting to required size and shape, curing, moulding and polishing of exposed edges, fixing stone to level and plumb, cleaning the surface neatly at the time of handing over the area, all materials and labour complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.Note: The sample Kota stone slab shall be got approved by the Architect / Engineer before procurement.

In steps / step thread,25mm thick Kota slab of required colour, Moulding and polishing of exposed edges, fixing with 20mm thick bedding in CM 1:4. The Kota stone slab shall be single length to match step length.

Providing 40mm thick concrete flooring with metallic concrete hardener topping at all levels and floors consisting of under layer of 28mm thick cement concrete 1:1:2 (1 part Cement : 1 part Fine aggregate : 2 part Coarse aggregate of 12.5mm and below size) by volume, top layer of 12mm thick 1:2 mix (1 part cement with metallic hardener of Hardonate / Ironite or approved equivalent : 2 parts of stone aggregate of 6m nominal size by volume) (metallic hardener and cement mixed ratio is 1:4) prepared as per manufacture's instructions including chipping the concrete surface, finishing, curing, providing aluminium dividing strips, cleaning the surface neatly at the time or handing over the area etc. complete all as per specifications and drawings.

Providing and fixing of Hollow metal Three Hour fire rated doors (of approved ISO 9001-2000 certified Manufacturer) as per IS 3614 part-1 & part-2 for stability and integrity. Pressed Galvanized steel confirming to IS 277 with the following specifications. The recommended fire doors shall be tested at identified laboratories for maximum rating of 3 hours with vision panel. Test certificates shall be furnished for vision panels as part of the fire door assembly. Independent glass test certificates shall not be accepted. The manufacturer's test certificate shall cover all doors supplied shall be within the tested specimen. Deviation in specification and sheet thickness other than what is mentioned in the test certificates shall not be allowed. Proper label confirming the type of door and the hourly rating shall be mandatory. Door frame shall be double rebate profile of size 143 x 57 mm made out of 1.60mm (16 gauge) minimum thick galvanized steel sheet. Frames shall be Mitered and field assembled with self tabs. All provision shall be mortised, drilled and tapped for receiving appropriate hardware. Rubber door silencers shall be provided on the striking jamb. Frames shall be provided with back plate bracket and anchor fasteners for installation on a finished plastered masonry wall opening. Once frame installed shall be grouted with cement & sand slurry necessary for fire doors on the clear masonry opening. Door leaf shall be 46mm thick fully flush double skin door with vision panels of size as indicated below. Door leaf shall be manufactured from 1.2mm (18 guage) minimum thick galvanised steel sheet. The internal construction of the door shall be rigid reinforcement pads for receiving appropriate hardware. The infill material shall be resin bonded honeycomb core. Providing and fixing PVC rain water downtake pipes conforming to IS: 13592 Type A and PVC SWR Fittings & specials confirming to IS: 14735, 'Finolex' or other approved equivalent make of pipes, fittings & specials including jointing with seal ring / with PVC solvent adhesive including fixing in walls/columns using clamps, anchor fasteners, bolts and teakwood packing pieces, joint testing etc complete all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 65mm thick rubber moulded with vibratory compaction Factory made cement concrete precast interlocking paver block of M30 grade made and approved size, shape, design, colour & pattern including laid over 100mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with coarse sand, compaction mechanically etc. all complete all as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Note: The sample tile shall be got approved by the Engineer-in-charge before procurement

Supplying & placing Filcrete using cement sand in proportion of 1:15 at temperature not exceeding 38 deg C for filling at all elevation inclusive of all labour, batching, mixing, transportation, material, compaction, pumping, curing etc all complete as per specification, drawing and as directed by the Engineer In-charge.

Conducting static plate load test in backfill soil at founding level as directed by Engineer-in charge as per relevant Indian Standards (IS 1888) and specifications up to 100 t/sq.m or failure by reaction method using plate of size 600mm x 600mm x 25mm thickness.
