Supply of Cast iron Isolating Transformer housing box, water tight round type, metal container of outside dia 330 mm, height 450 mm made of 10 mm thick cast iron moulding all round, except the top surface, which is 15 mm thick cast iron moulding suitable to receive a light fitting base plate/cover plate on the top and underground housing associated with transformer power cable and having three/two/one nos holes as per site requirement on the periphery centre, 75 mm above bottom surface suitable to receive 50 mm HDPE pipes as required . The box should have two SS earth bolts of M10 x 40 mm tapped inside near the hole (4" away from the hole centre) and having a drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 15 mm dia, 'B' class GI pipe and having clear opening of 220 mm at the top surface and 6 Nos. M10 tapped hole having centre to center distance of 260 mm alongwith bolts as required as per the drawings. The CI top cover of 310 mm diax 15 mm thick with suitable rubber gasket and 6 Nos. M10 tapped hole and bolts as required.
Supply of following sizes high density polyethylene (HDPE) PE 63, PN06 pipe conforming to IS 4984 with up to date amendment as required. 40mm Outer Dia.
Supplying of 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal) DWC HDPE pipe along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers, seal rings etc. conforming to IS 16205, Part 24 complete etc., complete as required.
Supply of 10 mm thick MS Plate suitable for mounting on the existing C.I.box , of outside dia 330 mm with 6 Nos. M-10 hole at hole centre of 260mm to recieve bolts as required.
Installation, testing and commissioning of inset type turn-pad centerline light by core cutting in the bituminous runway pavement, fixing the shallow base of 8 inch with dobefil and hardener. Installation of isolating transformer, crimping/ jointing of plug & receptacles, laying of secondary leads in existing HDPE pipe, connections, earthing etc. complete as required and includes supply of all materials excluding fixture, shallow base, secondary lead, isolating transformer and plug & receptacles.
Kerfs cutting with machine in runway/taxiway of concrete/bituminous surface of suitable depth of 150mm and width of 80 mm laying of 01 no. HDPE pipe up to 50mm, refilling and finishing the surface with suitable sealing material complete etc. as required.
Installation of CI housing box of size 330 mm dia and 450 mm deepi/c cutting/ excavation of surface/earth, providing one no, 250 mm long 15 mm dia 'B' class GI pipe in the bottom surface for drainage of water etc., cutting & threading of pipe,i/c laveling of housing box with suitable instrument etc, painting of box with one coat of primer and two coats of black enamel paint and installation of housing box in soil providing base cement concrete of 1:3:6 of size 630 x 630 x 100 mm thick, and PCC of 1:2:4 all around the housing box of width not less than 150 mm and pedestal of 0.30 mtr. and 0.10 mtr. thick all around the box making suitable slop to level of runway all around the housing box, painting, lettering, numbring etc i/c disposal of excavated earth, debris/malba and making good the same as original complete as required.
Laying of up to 63 mm dia HDPE/DWC HDPE pipe with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.
Laying of 63 mm dia HDPE pipe along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers, seal rings etc. complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the existing HDPE/HUME pipe etc., conforming to technical specifications and complete as required at site.
Laying of one number XLPE insulated and PE sheathed primary circuit cable of upto 5 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe/ HDPE Pipe/ Open masonary duct etc. as required. Up to 35 sq.mm
Earthing with 'B' class G. I. earth pipe 4.5 mtrs. long x 40 mm dia i/c accessories and providing masonary enclosures with cover plate having locking arrangement & watering pipe etc. i/c charcoal/ coke and salt complete as required.
Supply and fixing 6 SWG G. I. wire on surface or along with primary AFL Cable for loop earthing i/c necessary connection with isolating trasformer housing box etc. complete as required.
Installation, Testing & Commissioning of CCR of capacity 2.5 KW including termination of incoming and outgoing power and control cable, inter connection, making suitable size of PCC foundation, earthing & shifting, tranportation, loading & unloading from store to CCR Room etc. complete as required i/c providing remote cable approx 30mtr. laying integration with existing ALCMS modification as per site requirment. (Note: Integration of CCR with ALCMS along with necessary modification in software/hardware of ALCMS for control of the circuits from existing ATC Touchscreen Remote Control Panel and display of the circuits in the existing LED Monitor in ATC Tower and Power House as required, is included in the scope of commissioning)
Making field connection by crimping of 6 sq. mm plug & receptacle with existing 6 sq. mm single core copper conductor primary airfield cable i/c filling the gap with water sealent material applying HTPVC insulation tape etc. complete as required.
Excavation of the cable trenches in hard rock not exceeding 1.5 metres in width, and lift upto 1.5 metres, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 metres.
Conduction of in-field Photometry Test of Runway Turnpad Lights including submission of Test Report in soft as well as hard version as and when required. (Note: The Testing procedure along with reports must be in compliance with the standards mandated in FAA/ICAO/DGCA CAR )
