Eligible Assignment- See 3.1.3 of RFP.

Irrespective of anything else stated in the bid, the bidder hereby unequivocally and categorically certifies that in the last five years, we have neither failed to perform on any contract, as evidence by imposition of a penalty or a judicial pronouncement or arbitration award, nor been expelled from any project or contract nor have had any contract terminated for breach on our part. Further the bidder unequivocally and categorically also certifies that I/we the tenderer(s) is/are not blacklisted or debarred by Railways or any other Ministry / Department of Govt. of India from participation in tender on the date of submission of bids, either in individual capacity or as a HUF/ member of the partnership firm/LLP/JV/Society/Trust.
