Dismantling floor, hearth, or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Non skid JOINT FREE coloured ceramic tiles 7 - 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Square metre but not exceeding 0.38 Square metre in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, light shade, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectagular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Square metre but not exceeding 0.11 Square metre, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, over screed bed 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6complete all as specified.

Glazed JOINT FREE ceramic coloured tiles in skirting/dado 350 x 250 x 7mm /450 x 350 x 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match required shade over and including 10 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 as backing coat rough finished surface complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance not exc. 100m, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc., laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to outside cantt area complete all as specified & directed.

Machine cut kota stone slab flooring, 18-20mm thick as per sample kept in AGE(I)’s office, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab, laid over and including 20mm screed layer in cement mortar 1:6, rubbing, grinding and polishing to achieve mirror finish, complete all as specified.

Marble work 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade complete all as specified.

25 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in levelling course as reqd, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick or stone masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stone work, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering, all as specified.

0.63mm thick galvanised corrugated mild steel sheeting with grade of Zinc coating of 275 gms/Square metre with two corrugation side lap and at least 150 mm end lap , fixed with L or J type or cranked hook bolts, in roof, walls etc, complete, all as specified.

4 mm thick non asbestos fiber cement plain building boards in false ceiling on and incl aluminium snap grid work 605 x 605 mm with using 36.5mm x 23.5 mm x 1.5 mm thick main tee, 23.5 x 23.5mm x 1.28 mm cross tee and 25x25x1.5mm angles fixed to perimeter of wall including necessary supporting hanger with 3 mm dia GI wire and J bolts washer nuts for securing frame work to ceiling suspended @ 120 cm c/c both ways, complete all as specified and directed.

12mm thick prelaminated particle board, exterior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC wall panelling made up of PVC hollow panels 25/30cm in width and 10mm thickness interlocking pattern of approved shade and design fixed to wall or ceiling, fixed in repair, all as specifed and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exceeding 1Square metre and not exceeding 2Square metre each and refixing in the same opening, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly plastered surface of wall including cornices pilaster etc, and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer, complete as specified and directed.
