Close timbering over areas including strutting,shoring and packing cavities (wherever required ) etc. Complete (measurements to be taken of the face area timbered) . Depth not exceeding 1.5m. The rate includes pumping out any type of or liqurd mud water due to stagnation /flowing / seepage and working in foul/slush condition in or under water and / or liquid mud ., etc completed as directed by the Engineer-in-charge - using steel sheets with M.Sframes

The rate includes pumping out any type of water or liquid mud due to stagnation /flowing/seepage and working in foul /slush condition in or under water and / or liquid mud etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Demolishing R.C.C work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead - nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/e equivalent design mix) . The rate includes head load pumping out any type of water or liquid mud due to stagnation /flowing/seepage and working infoul /slush condition in or under water and / or liquid mud etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Supplying and filling with quary dust in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering etc. complete. The rate includes all lead and lift pumping out any type of water or liquird mud due to stagnation /flowing / seepage and also working in or under foul/slush condition in or under water and / or liquid mud etc., completed as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Extra for providing and mixing ordinary Portland cement 43 grade of approved brand and manufacture in quary rubbish / stone dust at the rate of 3 bags of cement per cum of quary rubbish / stone dust mixing in a mechanical mixer. The rate is inclusive of all lead and lift etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete 1:3:6 mix with stone aggregate 20mm nominal size in foundation at all level of above/ below ground level. The rate includes all lead, pumping out any type of water due to stagnation /flowing / seepage and also working under foul condition in or under water and / or liquid mud etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Centring and shuttering including strutting , propping etc. and removal of form work for - foundations, footings, bases for columns etc., The rate includes all lead, pumping out any type of water or liqurd mud due to stagnation /flowing / seepage and also working in or under foul./slush condition in or under water and / or liquid mud etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. using steel sheet with MS. Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors , roofs having slope up to 15degree landings , balconies , shelves , chajjas , lintels , bands , plain window sills , staircases and spiral stair cases upto floor five level excluing the cost of centering ,shuttering, finishing and reinforcement , with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C.work including straightening , cutting , bending , placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level - Thermo -Mechanically treated bars (TISCON / VIZAG / IISCO / SAIL / JSW) Fe - 415 or more

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plith level - 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Providing and fixing 110 mm dia PVC pipes (4kg / cm2) in weep holes including cement concrete 1:5:10 (one cement : 5 sand : 10 graded stone aggregate ) and filling of pebbles etc.,

Extra for providing richer mixes at all floor levels - Note:- Excess / less cement over the specified cement content used is payable / recoverable separately - Providing M-30 grade concrete instead of M-25 grade BMC / RMC . (Note:- cement content considered in M-30 is @ 340 kg / cum)

Making of bund wall with HDPE cement bags filled with stone dust/quary rubbish for discharge regulation, breach closing/diversion arrangement. The rate includes head load the cost of empty HDPE bags, cost of stone dust, labour charges for filling the bags and placing in position of its purpose in or under foul/slush condition in or under water and / or liquid mud , including pumping out water as required all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying and jointing UPVC pipes(Finolex / jain / Supreme / Truebore / Nandi) (0.4 Mpa)conforming to IS specification 4985 and ISI marked including transportation to the site , lowering to the trenches, laying to proper grade and alignment, testing of joints with required testing equipment,including cost of solvent cement,excluding UPVC specials such as bends,tees, threaded pieces,couplers,reducer,endcaps etc.,complete all as per IS and CPWD specification. - 200mm dia.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m

Disposal of debries within a lead of 5 KM radius, beyond the initial lead of 50m and filling up in the low lying areas as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.
