10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, finish surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

5mm thick rendering on brick or concrete surfaces as in ceiling in cement mortar 1:3, and finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Grouting 25 mm thick for damaged columns beams chajjas parapets etc. including any temporary shuttering to edges with cement mortar 1:2, complete all as specified and as directed.

35 mm thick, factory made, 2nd class hard wood, plain framed, paneled shutters (two panels) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm BWP commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces, the size of rail and stile as per IS-1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, complete all as specified and directed.

35mm thick, factory made 2nd class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats complete, all as specified and directed.

Steel window (box type) factory made with side hung shutters including pintol hinges, steel handles, steel peg stay and all locking arrangement complete with glazing bars dovetailed or welded including one shop coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed. Notye : i) The window shall be fabricated as per Drg No CEUZ/TD/1269/2008 Sheet 1/3 to 3/3 (ii) MS fillets, glazing, wire gauge shall be measured and paid separately.
