M&L for cleaning of semi underground sumps of 2 Nos of 2.5 lakhs Gallon capacity each through 6 stages of cleaning and sterilization consisting of the following stages complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. for semi underground sump 2.5 Lakh Gallon capacity. (2.5 x 02 Nos = 5 lakh gallon = 500000 X 4.5 = 2250000Ltrs ). Location : Main pump house

(a) First stage : MECHANIZED DEWATERING: This first stage consists of emptying water from the tank. A submersible pump is used to drain the tank of excess of water. Removal of water and semi sludge with the help of Sludge pump (electrical/hydraulic). (b) Second stage : SLUDGE REMOVAL: A sophisticated suction process is used to drain the excess sludge out of tank at a safe place away from tank. Removal of mud, sand and solid particles up to 4 inch size with the hydraulic sludge pump.

(c) Third stage : HIGH PRESSURE CLEANING: The tank is then cleaned using high pressure jet machine. The rotary jet is used to clean walls and ceilings, whereas plain jet is used to clean the corners of the tank. The rotary jet acts as scrubber and can clean the most stubborn depositions. Cleaning of floor, walls and ceiling with the help of German made high pressure rotary jet pump having pressure range between 80-180 bars.

(d) Fourth stage: VACUUM CLEANING: The additional sludge and impurities are then removed by using a industrial vacuum cleaner and are again disposed at a safer place away from the water tank. An industrial Vacuum pump is then used to clean the leftover physical impurity from the floor. (e ) Fifth stage : ANTIBACTERIAL SPRAY: After above steps of cleaning, the tank is treated with an antibacterial spray (sodium hypochlorite) on the surface of the wall of the tank to make it completely bacteria free and safe for use. Our use of chemical is just to disinfect the germs and bacteria on the walls and ceiling only.

(f) Sixth stage : UV RADIATION: The water storage tank is then treated with ultra-violet (UV) radiator to make it bacteria free and safe for storing your drinking water. A specially developed UV Radiator is used to kill suspended or floating bacteria remaining in the tank. Note : - (I) All T&P, PPE Kit, Transport shall be provided by the contractor without charging any extra cost. (II) ALL THE CLEANING & STERILIZATION STAFFS SHOULD BE UNDER ACCIDENTAL INSURANCE COVERAGE. (III) Date of cleaning of tank should be written on the outer surface of tank in white letter over black background complete all as direceted.

Cleaning of PVC water tanks of capacity 1000 litres including chemical treatment with Anti-bacterial agent consisting of following process: - Dewatering the tank with submersible pump, de-silting and removing of left over dirty water up to 100 to 150 mm in the bottom of the tank and sludge with special sludge pump, cleaning of walls and ceiling with special mechanized high pressure jet machines by rotary jet system at 100-120 Bar pressure (120 Kg /sq cm) which dislodges the layer of dirt, algae, fungus stuck on its surface usage of scrubbing machines for old stains and cleaning chemicals if required of make Eureka Forbes Ltd, floor of the dirty tank should be thoroughly cleaned up by fry jet cleaner to accumulate all dirt ,the remaining sludge should than be removed by sludge pumps, the dirt silt and other foreign material should further be removed by Industrial Vacuum Cleaners to make the floor totally dirt free, application/spraying of Anti-Bacterial chemicals to ensure total sterilization of tank from the inside, inside of the tank should be treated with specially developed 4 ft long ultraviolet Radiator to kill further floating bacteria/virus in order to make the tank totally clean, bacteria free and safe for storage of drinking water. All the above operations should be executed by trained workers and technicians with paint 75 mm height in DD/MM/YY patern and refixing the cover after cleaning all and specified and directed.

Supply & fix single pointed air termination Copper rod 12mm dia, 300 mm long all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphhorus bronze size 75x75x25mm, drilled and screwed including 3 Nos, 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head brass screws including suitable sheet metal powder coated enclosure complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix Aluminium strip 25 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix galvanised iron steel tubing, 40mm bore, light grade with all fittings fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid under floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead strip 32 X 6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion

Supply & fix in repair LED Aviation/Obstruction Light: Suitable Aviation Obstruction Lights of reliable design and reputed manufacturer including suitable lamp shall be provided on top of Tank all as specified and directed. Make: Bajaj cat part No- BGAV 302 LED or equavelant of Havell's/Philips.

Supply, laying & testing PVC insulated, PVC sheathed cable galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric control cables (Heavy duty) with stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sq mm ,2 core, 1100 Volts grade.

M&L construction of brick masonry valve chamber of size 900mm x 900mm x 1050mm (Internal dimension) with PCC 1:3:6 foundation 150mm thick, brick work 23cm thick built in CM 1:6, PCC 1:3:6 coping 50 mm thick, plastering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 to all internal and exposed surfaces including excavation earth work in any type of soil, MS sheet cover 3mm thick with suitable handle fixed with angel iron frame 40x40x5mm including hinges of size 125mm with locking arrangement embedded in PCC and painting ot MS cover with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer etc including demolition of old dameged valve chamber, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) of size 10 sqmm 2 core with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade including taking down of old Unserviceable cable, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of MCB Distribution board SPN 2 Way for mounting SPN/ SP MCBs as Incoming / outgoing, factory made, confirming to IS, fabricated out of CRCA sheet , fitted with DIN channel, neutral link and suitable rated bus bar, DBs shall be semi glossy finished with epoxy polyester based powder paint sprayed and backed at high temperature, between powder paint process the sheet steel having to go through the anti rust conditioning in not less than seven tank process to ensure smooth finish and protection against corrosion atmosphere. The DBs shall be double door type with hinged door with locking arrangement. The DBs shall be of IP 43 - IK 09 with metal door complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & fixing in repair of MCB SPN 32 Amps 'B' Series 10 KA 240 volts complete all as specified/directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation of pole and laying of UG cable and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming excavated soft/loose soil in layers, all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n.exceeding 50 m and depositing at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified & directed.

Material & Labour for sand cushioning to under ground cable using locally available fine clean dry river sand over,under ground UG cable laid in treches and gently punning to cushioning to cable complete all as directed. Note : For the purpose of payment only punned thickness will be measured.

Material & Labour for common burnt clay building bricks (locally available best quality), sub-class ‘B’ designation 75 of suitable size available in market to cover LT underground cables, laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps not exceeding 10mm including taking down old unserviceable bricks complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in replacement water level indicator for OH Tank and Semi UG sumps complete with multistranded steel rope PVC float ball, pulley clamp, nut bolts washer including water level indicator board of MS angle iron and MS plate for frame including writing letter for water level with white paint on black surface compplete all as directed.
