Supplying, transporting and erecting in position steel tubular swaged poles 410-SP-55 type, 11.00 metre long complete with mild steel base plate, CI finial taper, bolts, nuts and washers etc including necessary excavation and earth work, PCC 1:4:8 type D2 in foundation below pole, PCC 1:3:6 type C2 around poles and PCC 1:3:6 type C1 as in plinth block, disposal of surplus soil to distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed, painting steel tubular poles exposed surfaces with aluminium paint two coats over one coat of red oxide primer and providing painting of 30 cm wide red and white strips with fluorescent paint upto 1.0 mtr from bottom of the errected pole, painting embedded portion of poles with one coat of bituminious paint including marking of pole number with black flourescent paint complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches not. exc. 1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5 in deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm complete all as directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point. Complete all as directed.

Material and labour for river sand cushioning for under ground cable with locally available sand for protection of cable including spreading and consolidations, complete all as directed.

Supply and laying in trenches dry well burnt old size sub class “B” bricks designation 75 over sand cushioning for protection of cable complete all as directed.

Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 2 with peak size 450mmx180mmx40mm ISI marked over sand cushioning for protection of cable complete all as directed

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in copping of poles complete all as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 (40 mm graded stone aggregate), type D2 as concrete in foundation of Poles and filling and mass concrete etc, including formwork (as if required), complete all as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) type C-I as in coping of pole etc including form work & finishing the surfaces even & smooth with out using extra cement complete all as directed

Supply and fix HT 11 KV , outdoor type gang operated air break switch suitable for horizontal or vertical mounting fixed type complete with drop out fuse having 12 insulators of rating upto 200 Amps complete all directed.

M&L for lightening arrestors explusion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 Kilo Amps, 11000 Volts completed all as directed.

Supply & Installation, testing and commissioning of 100 KVA, 3 phase, 50 Hz outdoor type copper wound, delta/star connected (vector group-DYN 11), oil immersed, naturally oil cooled (ONAN), core type distribution transformer with no load voltage ratio of 11000/433 Volts and with off Load Tap Changer in step of 7 position complete & locking device as per site requirement. The transformer shall be suitable for operation at a temperature of 50 /55deg C and shall be supplied with all accessories as per manufacturer such as lifting lugs, H.T / LT cable box on HT side and L.T cable on LT sides, earthing terminals with oil filling hole, oil drain cum filtering valve with plug oil filling cum filtering valve with plug, oil filling cum filtering valve with plug rating plate, silica gel breather, conservator with oil filling hole, oil surge relay, window for tap number, lifting eye bolts, HV & LV cable end marshal box. Complete all as directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning, and testing of silent, diesel engine driven factory assembled floor mounted, generating set of capacity 100 KVA, 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz, 1500 RPM with AMF panel with suitable rated contactors etc complete with safety control and metering equipments as recommended by manufacturer / prime mover directely coupled, diesel engine comprising of 4 cylinders, liquid cooled, turbo after charged and developing 156 BHP @ 1500 RPM, for driving 100 KVA capacity alternator, electric start, four stroke, conforming to IS-10002, ISO 3046, BS 5514 standard with an overload of 10% for one hour in every 12 hours operation. Diesel engine will comply with CPCB II norms, complete with the following accessroies :- Make:- Model 4KI080TAG2 dt Make KOEL Green or equivalent of crompton/ Mahindra.

(i) Fly wheel to suit flexible coupling.

(ii) Flexible coupling with guards. Water temp gauge

(iii) Dry type Air cleaners with filters

(iv) Lubricating oil filter, fuel filter, fuel pre filter. Lub oil pressure gauge, Lub oil temperature gauge

(v) Anti vibration pads-quantity and type as recommended by manufacturer.

(vi) Fuel injecting system with injection pump, nozzles, governer (electronic) of suitable capacity. Stop solenoid

(vii) Electric start equipment.

(viii) Lead acid storage maintenance free battery 12 volts of rating 150 AH (02 Nos) with charging alternator, ammeter, as recommended by manufacturer alongwith copper battery lead and connector.

(ix) Battery rack made out of MS angle iron 40mm x 40mm x5mm & 150mm height.

(x) Standard safety device

(xi) Daily service fuel tank of capacity (as per manufacturer design) with mechanical level indicator, detachable, strainer, drain cock, fuel outlet, air vent and locking arrangement etc, including fuel pipe connections

(xii) Exhaust silencer (residential silencer) with exhaust piping of suitable size brought out side on top of size 76.5mm dia and complete length of silencer and exhaust piping continuously wrapped with 12mm dia asbestos rope and suitable anti-vibration arrangement around pipe passing through wall.

(xiii) LCD display type control panel as per manufacturer's instructions indicating KWH, KVA, PF, Volts, Amps, Hz, RPM, Hour, Oil pressure, oil temperature, Coolant temperature, fuel level, battery charging ammeter, battery charging lamp and indicator lamp (RYB), panel duly pre wired and displaying protection and safeties as under :-

(a) Safeties :- Auto shut down, visual & audio alarm for low lub oil pressure, low fuel level, canopy temperature.

(b) Alternator 100 KVA brushless type at 0.8 power factor, self regulated, self excited, screen protected 3 phase with neutral 415 volts 50 Hz, 1500 RPM, as per IS :13364/IS:2613/IS-4722, BS EN 60034-1 complete with automatic voltage regulator, having voltage regulation +/- 1%, SPDP enclosure including making cable connections, insulation class-H and alternator control panel as supplied by manufacturer.

(c) Base frame sturdy, MS fabricated, channel iron base frame for mounting the engine & alternator with anti vibration pads.

(d) Accoustic enclosure of suitable size to accommodate DG set 100 KVA, modular construction, fabricated out of 3mm thick, cold annealed CRCA sheet duly epoxy painted doors to be provided with high quality EDPN gasket, duly epoxy painted. The canopy to be equipped with heavy duty fans of reputed manufacturer for air circulation and cooling the canopy. Rock wool of requisite density to be used for insulation. Enclosure to be provided with one light point controlled with one switch for internal lighting. Noise level at one meter to be 75 decibels @ one mtr in line as per CPCB II norms.

(e) Maint spares to be supplied as under :- (aa) All type of filters - 02 each sets (ab) V-belt - 01 set

Note :- (i) The enginer of DG set suitably conditioned to suit the climatic condition of Gaya station, so as to give desired outputs including and testing upto 10% over load (ii) The items required for testing of DG set e.g. fuel, tripod, tools, water tank etc and panel as above shall be provided by the contractor and the rate of which is deemed to be included in the rate of this item. Testing of DG set will be carried out as directed. (iii) Necessary PCC foundation as per manufacturer's drg as approved by GE will be measured and paid Separately.

Supply, laying commissioning and testing. Cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade of size 3 core 95 Sqmm complete all as directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 kV grade cable for outdoor termination, heat shrink type, joint complete with joining material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured, aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sq mm complete all as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized iron or steel plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.00 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt in alternate layers and electrode connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6 mm dia as earthing lead by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, earth strip protected by galvanized steel pipe 40 mm bore (light grade) connected to machinery/ equipment all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-2009 Part I and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20mm bore light grade GI pipe for watering, funnel, wire mesh, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 chamber, MS cover of thickness 5mm openable type and having suitable locking arrangement and MS frame of suitable size made of angle iron 50 x 50 x 60 mm, complete all as directed. Note: (i) The unit rate includes earth lead and protection pipe up to maximum 7.5 metre from earth plate to earth point/test point.

Supply and fixing cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed including two coats of aluminium/silver paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as directed.

Supply & fix Galvanised iron strip of size 25 mm x 4 mm for earth contunity conductor complete all as directed.

Supply & fix Galvanised iron pipe medium grade of size 80 mm bore for earth protection/cable protection including clamping, nut bolts, washer etc complete all as directed.

M&L for Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25x20 cm size complete all as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of servo voltage stabilizer micro controlled digital type with bypass system capacity 100 KVA 3 Phase 4 wire copper wound input voltage 300 to 480 volts output volt 415 V 50 Hz, cooling-coil cooled including transformer oil having correction speed 10-20 v/sec. The operation shall be auto with manual, display digital type, quoted rates include all necessary connections complete all as specified in TI 04 of 2011, including two No 200A TPN MCCB for incoming & outgoing, cable gland and necessary PCC foundation complete all as directed.
