Supplying of 3.5x300 sqmm underground cable (Paragon/suncab/Empire) complete.(above 250KVA Genset).

Laying of UG cable and providing termination of cable joint with suitable cable gland,cable socket etc. complete - 3.5 x 300 sqmm cable.

Making earth pit of G.I. pipe for earthing in earth pit with 40mm dia. G.I. pipe medium class of length 3.05m perforated with 46 Nos of 12mm dia. holes, pipe lowered in bore holes of 150mm dia. and filled in with charcoal and salt in alternative layer of 300mm, the top of G.I. pipe shall be clamped. Earth pit shall be provided with 60cm dia precast ring with 60cm depth alround,covered with R.C.C. precast slab etc. as per I.E. standards.

Supplying and fixing of copper flat (25 x 3mm) for earthing arrangements including bolts and nuts etc.

Providing and fixing of suitable M.S.exhaust pipe including 2 Nos. of M.S. bends (long), 7 Nos. of M.S. flanges, M.S. pipe Class B - 5 Rm as flexible exhaust pipe. The rate is inclusive of transportation charges for shifting of welding machine and gas cutting set to site, consumption of welding rod 10 SWG and cutting gas, providing fasterners of 10mm bolts / nuts / washers and flange gaskets including labour charges etc. as per IE standard.125 mm dia exhaust pipe (From 200 KVA to 250 KVA).

Providing and laying of aluminium cladding with 50 mm thick glass wool slab with chicken mesh and covered with 24 SWG aluminium sheet (the rate includes double calculation for flanges & bends) as per I.E. standards.

Providing and fixing of fire safety equipments comprising 1 No. of 4.5 kg of CO2 fire extinquisher 1m x 2m x6mm thick rubber mat shock proof of superior quality with two numbers of 10 litres capacity fire buckets (red colour) with M.S. stand arrangements etc.

Providing and fixing of 4 pole change over switch of STANDARD/HAVELLS/KUNDAN/ GEM make including M.S. frame as per I.E. standard.-200 Amps(from 62.5/63 KVA to 100 KVA).

Charges for transporting, erection, testing and commissioning of generator set excluding foundation,but including mechanical and other unskilled wages for installation of equipment, wiring from generator set to panel board and change over switches, handling charges, purchase of spares if any required for the installation and commissioning, the cost of fuel and other materials for a trial run of 6 hours. This rate also includes for testing and commissioning of generator set as specified, obtaining approval of Central Electricity Authority (CEA), payment for CEA inspection/Licence fees or any other charges and fulfilling other requirements and conditions laid down by CEA-Above 200 KVA.
