M&L for Preparing surfaces, plastered or unplasterd old decorated wall surfaces including cornices pilasters etc and applying one coat of white wash on wall complete all as specified and as directed. In white wash 1Kg of gum dissolved in hot water shall be added to every one cubic meter of lime cream. About 1.3 Kg of sodium chloride dissolved in hot water shall also be added for every 10Kg of lime for making the coating hard and rub resistant.

M&L preparation of old painted steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description, raking out joints, hacking for keys and washing down with water etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete work making surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass‘B’ bricks, straight orcurved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed.
