Replacement of AC units at ATS Complex, Admin Building, Operational Area/MSSR Porur/WT Station at Southern Region, Chennai Airport

SH I : Supply of Airconditioning Units

Supply of single phase, 1.5 TR Split type Air conditioner of High wall mounting inverter type of BEE 5 star rated consisting of non-ductable single room evaporator unit(copper coil) with cordless remote control and one number outdoor condensing unit comprising of sealed type rotary compressor suitable for operation on 230V, 50Hz. AC supply capable of performing cooling, Air-Circulating, filtering, wall brackets and comprising of the following including first charge of refrigerant (R-410A/R-32), facilty of having auto-restart type without changing of existing setting etc., as required. i) 1" PVC Drain pipe insulated with suitable insulation or as per OEM Specification (upto 3 meters). ii) 1/2" dia copper pipe insulated with nitrile rubber insulation of 19 mm thick insulation or as per OEM Specification (upto 3 meters). iii) 1/4" dia copper pipe insulated with nitrile rubber insulation of 19 mm thick insulation or as per OEM Specification (upto 3 meters). iv)Suitable power and communication cable or as per OEM Specification (upto 3 meters). v) Rigid PVC pipe / PVC Trunking of suitable size for covering all the above in (i), (ii), (iii) & (iv).

Supply Installation,Testing and Commissioning of 3 phase, minimum 3 TR ceiling mounted inverter type cassette unit along with panel consisting of non-ductable single type four way / round type flow indoor unit (fan coil) with cordless remote control and one number outdoor copper condensing unit comprising of scroll/rotary/ swing type compressor suitable for operation on 415V, 50Hz. AC supply capable of performing cooling, Air-Circulating, filtering, wall brackets, with proper drain water pumping mechanism and comprising of the following including first charge of refrigerant (R-410A/R-32), facilty of having auto-restart type without changing of existing setting etc., as required

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 3 phase, 3 TR Floor Standing Vertical inverter type Air conditioner consisting of non-ductable single room evaporator unit(copper coil) with cordless remote control and one number outdoor condensing unit comprising of sealed type scroll/rotary compressor suitable for operation on 415V, 50Hz. AC supply capable of performing cooling, Air-Circulating, filtering, wall brackets and comprising of the following including first charge of refrigerant (R-410A/R-32), facilty of having auto-restart type without changing of existing setting etc., as required.

Supply of 4 KVA Voltage stabilizer wall mounting type suitable for 1.5 TR split A/C units with input voltage range 170V to 270 V & output 220 ±10% etc., as required.

SH II : ITC of Airconditioning Units

Installation, testing and commissioning of single phase 1.5 Ton split airconditioner of high wall mounting type with minimum 5 star rating including fixing the condenser unit on raising stand and fixing of evaporator unit including providing and making inter connections between evaporator unit and condensor unit up to a length of 3 mtrs etc. as required.

Supply and fixing of following for interconnections between evaporator unit and condensing unit (extra length) for 1.5 ton Ac, as required as per OEM. i. 1" PVC Drain pipe insulated with suitable insulation or as per OEM Specification ii.1/2" dia copper pipe insulated with nitrile rubber insulation of 19 mm thick insulation or as per OEM Specification. iii. 1/4" dia copper pipe insulated with nitrile rubber insulation of 19 mm thick insulation or as per OEM Specification iv. Suitable power and communication cable or as per OEM Specification . v. Rigid PVC pipe / PVC Trunking of suitable size for covering all the above in (i), (ii), (iii) & (iv).

Supply and Fixing of following for interconnections between evaporator unit and condensing unit , as required for minimum 3 TR inverter cassette type AC Units / 3TR inverter floor standing vertical AC unit. 1) 5/8" dia copper pipe insulated with nitrile rubber insulation of 19 mm thick insulation or as per OEM specification. 2) 3/8" copper pipe insulated with nitrile rubber insulation of 19 mm thick insulation or as per OEM specification. 3) Suitable communication and power cable or as per OEM specifications. 4) Rigid PVC pipe / PVC Trunking of suitable size for covering all above in (1), (2) and (3) above.

Supply and fixing of required additional drain pipe suitable for 1.5 TR AC complete as required.

Supply and fixing of suitable drain pipe for 3 TR AC complete as required.

SH III : Dismantling of Airconditioning Units

Dismantling of Single Phase, 1.5 TR rated Split type Airconditioner indoor unit, out door unit, disconnecting the refrigerant pipes, electrical connections including gas pumping down & shifting to location as per the instruction of EIC, etc., complete as required.

Dismantling of 3 Phase, 3 TR rated Cassette/Vertical type Airconditioner indoor unit, out door unit, disconnecting the refrigerant pipes, electrical connections including gas pumping down & shifting to location as per the instruction of EIC, etc., complete as required.
