Addition of 1 No 40 MVA T/F at 132 kv substation Aonla along with 132KV yard extension and shifting of TBC bay, Shifting of sub station Transformer with all cost of men,Misc, consumables,crane/Hydra, Hydraulic jacks Normal and special T&P, Rails centrifuging machine with operator etc. Required for satisfactory completion of the work with all due care of safety & precautions as per Technical specifications and direction of the Supervising engineer as per details Below-:
Construction of 132kv Feeder bay
Supply of Bolted type Single Tension Fitting Assembly, suitable for Single ACSR Moose Conductor & 132KV Disc Insulator String comprising of 10' No. 70 KN Disc Insulators, complete With Hardware Fittings, D-Shackle, Socket Eye, Ball Hook, Tension Clamp etc., as per Sample.

Laying of eartnmat in the exisitended switchard of the Substation alongwith conntting the newly laid earthmat with exisiting earthmat as per details below
a)Fabrication of 3 Mtr. Long electrode with 40mm Dia MS Round Bar having 150mm. Long conical shape by due cutting straightening etc. and than piercing it verticaly inside the gound with top 700mm. Below the ground level including shifting of MS round bar from storage place at tha Substation to switchyard.
b)Laying of 40mm Dia MS round bar, 700mm below the ground level by due cutting straightening welding painting excavation of trench, backfilling of trench after laying of earthmat including shifting of MS round bar from storage place at the Substation to switchyard.
c)Making of 150mm long lap joint of above laid 40mm Dia round bar by due cutting straightening welding etc.
d)Making of 150mm long lap joint of above laid 40mm Dia round bar to connect with exisiting earth mat of the Substation by due cutting straightening welding etc.
e)Making of cross joint of above laid 40mm Dia MS round bar, 700mm below the ground level by due weliding at all for corners including providing and welding of suitable size 2No MS angle piece on opposite corners of the cross joint.
f)Making of MS joint of above laid 40mm Dia MS round bar with top of the already vertically pierced MS electrode 700mm below the ground level by due welding .
Erection of Lattice type Main & Aux. Structures including their Shifting from Storage Place at the substation to erection site
Laying and Stringing of 132KV 3Phse main bus bar and transfer bus bar including hoisting of disc insulator spring tension fitting etc. alongwith shifting of the conductors/material from storage palce at tha substation to erection site as per details below:
a)Srtinging of 132KV 3Phase main bus bar of single ACSR moose conductor (01 Job. For each phase of bus bar per section)
b)Srtinging of 132KV 3Phase transfer bus bar of single ACSR panther conductor (01 Job. For each phase of bus bar per section)
Erection of following equipments including their shifting from storage place at the sub station to erection site-
a) 132kv SF6 C.B.
b) 132kv Bus isolator with associated PI
c) 132kv Post Insulator
d)132kv Feeder Transfer Bus Coupler Panel
Jumpering of Equipments of 132KV Transfer Bus Coulper Bay with the help of ACSR Panther Conductor to Connect the Bus Bar Conductors of 132KV Main Bus & 132KV Transfer Bus with Equipments and Equipments to Equipments with the help of suitable Clamps / Connectors including, Cutting, Bending, Shaping etc. of the Conductor as per Site Requirement.
Laying of Following sizes Control Cables in Cable Trenches from TBC panels in Control Room to other panels in control room and Equipments, like 132KV Circuit Breaker etc. in Switchyard as per Cable Schedule including Shifting of Cables in Drums from Storage Place at the Sub Station to Erection Site and Shifting Back the Balance Cables to Stores at the Sub Station to erection site and shifting back the balance cables to stores at the sub station
a) 2C x 2.5 sqmm
b) 4C x 2.5 sqmm
c) 6C x 2.5 sqmm
Termination of various sizes above Laid Control Cables Extending D.C. Supply from DCDB andA.C. Supply from ACDB to TBC panel & Equipments (like CB etc) including Drilling of Holes, Providing & Fixing of Cable Glands, Ferrules & Crimping type Lugs.
Earthing by Cutting, Straightening & Laying 500 mm below Inside Ground & above Ground of following sizes M.S. Flats for Diagonal / Double Earthing of the Main & Aux. Structures Equipments and Cable Trenches including Welding with Main Earth Mat and with the Object to be Earthed including Excavation of Trenches & its Back Filling etc, as per Details below:
a) Earthing of main& aux structure and equipments (CB, Isolators, CT, PT, C&R Panel, DPP, Junction boxes etc with 50 x 6 mm size MS Flat
b) Earthing of cable trench with 25 mm X 6 mm /25 X 5 mm size MS Flat
Painting of M.S. Earthing Strips by Rubbing with Sand Paper & Wire Brush, then Painting with1 Coat of Red Oxide Primer & 2 Coats (The 2nd Coat of Paint shall be Applied at the Gap of 48 hrs. when I$ Coat of Paint is done & Checked by concerned J.E. / S.D.O.) of 1* Quality Synthetic Enamel Paint of Asian / Berger / Nerolac make in Bus Green Colour as per Details below :

Carriage of 20KL Capacity Oil Storage Tank on suitable Vehicle from Designated Primary Sub Station within 120 Km Distance to 132KV Sub Station Bisauli, Badaun including its Loading and Un-Loading with the help of Suitable Capacity Crane, with all due Care of Safety & Precautions during Loading, Carriage and Un-Loading etc.
Erection of new RTCC Panel of 40MVA Transformer after Shifting of the RTCC Panel, from Storage Place at the Sub Station to Control Room, then Earthing of the RICC Panel
(a) Shiting of Main Tank of the 40 MVA Transformer to its Plinth from Place of Unloading upto 20 Meter Distance including Turning of the Tank, as Required.
(b) 7 Additional Shifting of Tank of the above 40MVA Transformer upto Approx. 80 Meter Distance. (1 Job for every 5 Meter or Part thereof)
Complete Draining of the Transformer oil from the above 40MVA Transformer into oil tanker
Providing & Replacement of old Gasket from different parts (Top cover bushings, Turrets radiators pipe lines inspection Window Conservator M.O.G. PRV bushing relay etc.) of the above 40MVA Transformer. The scope of work involves removal of old gasket, cleaning of surfaces providing & Febrication of Gasket of Appoximate of size out of gasket of thickness 12/10/8/6mm of Konica/Torborze/Nu-con make and fixing of gasket of proper place with Adhesive alongwith other associated works.
Shifting of Complete Accessoies of the above 40MVA Transformer including Oil in Drums and Bushings Packed in Wooden Cases / Crates from Storage Place at the Sub Station to Erection Site in Switchyard (Approx. 100 Meter Distance).
Complete Erection of the 40MVA Transformer including its Radiators, Conservator Tank, Turrets, HV / LV / Neutral Bushings; Connecting Pipe Lines, Cooling Fans, OLTC Drive Mechanism Box; Marshaling Box, OTL, WIL, Capillary Tubes etc.
Centifuging of the Transformer oil, Filled in oil tanker Un-interrupted till the desired BDV Value of the oil is Achieved filling of centrifuged transformer oil into tank and radiators of the above 40MVA transformer from the oil tanker, then centrifuging & circulation of the transformer oil in transformer with the help of centrifuging machine Un-interrupted till the fesire BDV in values of the transformer oil and IR values are Achieved including recording of the paramers such as temperature, vacuum insulation rexistance BDV etc. even 2 Hrs.
Commissioning of the Air Cell in Conservator Tank of the above 40MVA Transformer by Providing & Filling of Dry Nitrogen in it Upto the Specified Pressure
Laying of Following sizes Control Cables in Cable Trenches from Control & Relay Panels in Control Room to various Equipments, Junctions Boxes etc. in Switchyard as per Cable Schedule including Shifting of Cables in Drums from Storage Place at the Sub Station to Erection Site and Shifting Back the Balance Cables to Stores at the Sub Station to erection site and shifting back the balance cables to stores at the sub station
a) 2C x 2.5 sqmm

Making of Delta for Neutral Earthing by due Fabrication of 3 No. 3 Meter long Electrodes of 36 / 40 mm dia. M.S. Round Bar, its Piercing Under the Ground at Equal Distance of Meter at 700 mm depth by Digging of Earth and Connecting all the 3 No. Electrodes with 75 mm x 10 mm size M.S. Flat and Taking out the M.S. Riser by due Cutting, Bending, Welding etc, of the M.S. Flat. (1 Job per Delta)
Making of shielding Mesh for 132 kv LA by fabrication of 3 meter long electrodes with 36mm dia MS rod bar having 150 mm Long conical shape and then its piercing vertically in the Ground with top 500 mm below ground level jointing the electrodes with 75x10 mm size MS Flat by welding for making mesh , connecting the shielding mesh with main earth mat at 2 places and finally painting of the shielding mesh /Earthing strips with anti-corrosive paint with the digging of earth/Trench and its back filling
Earthing of Main Tank, Marshaling Box, OLTC Drive Mechanism Box, Transformer Neutral etc. of the above 40MVA Transformer with the help of 75x10 mm / 50x6 mm size M.S. Flats, its Jointing with already Laid Earth Mat / Deltas at 2 Places with Necessary Modifications in Existing Support Structure for Earthing of the Neutral Bushing and then Painting of the Earthing Strips.
Complete spray painting the above 40MVA transformer including its Main Tank, Main/OLTC Conseravation tank, radiators, headers associated pipe lines support structures marshalling box etc. bt 1st coat Oxide primer and then Applyng 2nd Coat of Smoke Grey Colour 1st Quaility Synthetic enamel paints of Asian/Berger/Nerolac make at the Gap of 48 Hrs. Interval each with the help of spray painting machine after due rubbing & cleaning of the Rusted surface, cleaning of washing of dust/dirt/oil deposits from the surface.
